A container configured for at least partially containing fresh meat can include a base panel above which an interior space of the container is defined. The base panel can be configured to support fresh meat, and elongate interior passageways can be at least partially defined by the base panel. Openings can be respectively open to the plurality of interior passageways for allowing fluid from the fresh meat in the interior space of the container to flow into the interior passageways. The container can be configured to at least partially retain the fluid in the interior passageways, including opposite end sections of at least some of the interior passageways being closed to at least partially define compartments for receiving and retaining the fluid.

The invention relates to the field of manufacturing packaging primarily for food products and products that contain or exude grease and moisture. A container consists of a lid and a receptacle that widens towards the top and is made of a paper and cellulose construction material, said receptacle having a rectangular upper flange formed during the production thereof for the purpose of retaining the lid, said flange being continuous about the entire perimeter of the receptacle and being fixed at an angle to the horizontal by means of upper flaps of the lateral walls being overlapped and fastened to one another in adjoining corner parts of the flange. The technical result consists in increasing the rigidity of the entire structure, as well as obviating the need to manually bend the flaps during assembly and to set the necessary angle of incline to the horizontal or to monitor the correct positioning of the upper flaps when reclosing the lid.

The object of the invention is a product package and a method for producing the product package. The product package comprises a recess (1a) for the product to be packed, the recess being provided with a base and with walls in connection with the base, in which case the frame part (2) of the recess (1a) has been formed by means of folds from recycleable fiber material and the aforementioned recess (1a) is lined on the inside with a separate inner lining (3), which is removable from the aforementioned frame part. The top edges of the side walls and end walls of the frame part and also the top edges of the corner parts (10) form the top edge of the recess, which top edge is arranged to function as a fastening surface for the inner lining (3), which inner lining (3) is adapted to comprise an edge section (4) extending over the top edge (5a) of the recess (1a).

The invention relates to a cardboard tray folded from an unfolded sheet of cardboard, which tray includes a bottom wall with a circumferential edge composed out of a number of straight edges; wall parts each arranged to a straight edge of the bottom wall; first flange parts at least arranged to opposite wall parts along the circumferential edge, which first flange parts are arranged to an edge of said wall part opposite of, and preferably parallel to, the respective straight edge of the bottom wall. The first flange parts include at least a first, a second and third elongate flange part section, which are connected parallel and along an elongate edge to each other. For each first flange part, the first elongate flange part section is arranged to a respective wall part, the second elongate flange part section is double folded against the first elongate flange part section, and the third elongate flange part section is connected parallel and along an elongate edge to the second elongate flange part section. For each first flange part the third elongate flange part section is adhered to the respective wall part on the inside of the cardboard tray and the second elongate flange part section is sloping downwards from the third elongate flange part section towards the first elongate flange part section.

The object of the invention is a product package and a method for producing the product package. The product package comprises a recess (1a) for the product to be packed, the recess being provided with a base and with walls in connection with the base, in which case the frame part (2) of the recess (1a) has been formed by means of folds from recyclable fiber material and the aforementioned recess (1a) is lined on the inside with a separate inner lining (3), which is removable from the aforementioned frame part. A method for producing a bowl formed by a tray closed by a sealing film involves preparing a blank where a first and a second couples of crease lines delimit a bottom panel, two first and two second side walls, each first side wall provided of an internal flap and an external flap delimited by respective third and fourth crease lines, each second side wall provided of an internal flap and an external flap delimited by respective fifth and sixth crease lines, erecting the blank into a tray, folding the internal and external flaps of each first side wall about the respective third crease line and the internal and external flaps of each second side wall about the respective fifth crease line, applying adhesive on the internal and/or external flaps of each first and second side walls, folding the external flap of each first side wall about the respective fourth crease line and the external flap of each second side wall about the respective sixth crease line, forming a rim, applying adhesive on gaps between abutting ends of rims of adjacent first and second side walls, and attaching the sealing film on the rims.

A container for holding one or more products. The container can comprise a bottom panel and a sidewall extending at least upwardly from the bottom panel and extending at least partially around an interior of the container. The sidewall can comprise at least an end panel, a corner panel, and a side panel. A flange can extend outwardly from the sidewall. The flange can comprise at least an end flange portion foldably connected to the end panel, a side flange portion foldably connected to the side panel, and a corner flange portion foldably connected to the corner panel. An extension can extend from each of the end flange portion and the side flange portion, and the corner flange portion can be in an overlapping relationship with each of the extensions for reinforcing the flange.
