RECYCLABLE SHIPPING CRATE
A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.
Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
Presentation packaging
A packaging assembly comprising a base or pedestal portion (36) and a top portion (10) including a plurality of foldable panels (12, 14, 16) and flaps (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28) and one or more rigid cap portions (30a, 30b).
Assemblies for protecting automobile parts
An assembly incorporates a main body having first and second side panels, an end panel, and first and second flaps. The end panel is disposed between the first and second side panels. The first and second flaps extend outwardly from corresponding lower edges of the first and second panels. The main body selectively exhibits a pre-assembled configuration, in which the first and second side panels, the end panel, and the first and second flaps are oriented in a first plane, and an assembled configuration, in which the first and second side panels are oriented in an overlying relationship with respect to each other with the end panel extending therebetween. The first and second flaps are overlapped and secured to form a base upon which the main body is supported as a freestanding structure. The main body defines, in the assembled configuration, a cavity configured to receive an automobile part.

Container with multipiece body
A container may comprise a body having a top end, an opposite bottom end, a pair of opposing first and second duplex panel structures and a pair of opposing first and second sidewalls, with each of the first and second sidewalls including a pair of first and second lateral end flaps. Each of the first and second duplex panel structures may comprise an inner end wall and an outer end wall. The inner and outer end walls of the first and second duplex panel structures may be bonded together along a medial longitudinal spine. The lateral end flaps of the first and second sidewalls may be respectively sandwiched between the inner and outer end walls of the first and second duplex panel structures to lock the inner and outer end walls in position adjacent the first and second sidewalls.
Corrugated fiberboard box
The pull tab portion is formed as an area surrounded by four solid or broken line-formed incisions. The four incisions include a first incision which is formed as a boundary line of the push-in portion, a pair of second incisions each of which is continuous with the first incision and which are spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the adhesive tape, and a third incision which is continuous with each of the pair of second incisions and functions as a folding line. When those ends of the pair of second incisions which are each located opposite to the push-in portion are called tape-side incision ends, the distance between the two tape-side incision ends in the width direction of the adhesive tape is set greater than the width of the adhesive tape.
Storage unit for welding wire
Provided is a storage unit for welding wire including an outer case in which an outer bottom supporting part is formed in a lower end thereof and a wire accommodation part configured to store a wound welding wire is formed therein, a bottom part seated on and coupled to the outer bottom supporting part, and an inner case configured to come into close contact with an inner surface of the outer case and having an inner bottom supporting part seated on the bottom part, formed in a lower portion thereof, wherein the outer case includes a strength reinforcement part and a shock absorption part formed at an inner side of the strength reinforcement part to absorb a shock from the outside.
BULK PRODUCT CONTAINER SYSTEM
A container system for shipping product in bulk, having a corrugated container sleeve and a pallet for supporting the sleeve thereon, the pallet having a channel configured to receive therein a bottom edge of the sleeve, and the pallet with said sleeve defining an internal section of the container system in which the bulk product is contained.
