The sidewall top edge has a top slit extending into a front sidewall. The sidewall bottom edge has a bottom slit extending into a back sidewall. A top wall is foldably coupled to the sidewall top edge along the back sidewall. A top tab is coupled to the top wall to engage the top slit. A bottom wall is foldably coupled to the sidewall bottom edge along the front sidewall. A bottom tab is coupled to the bottom wall to engage the bottom slit. Each of the sidewalls, the top wall, and the bottom wall are a solid color for visual organization when a plurality of color coded packing box apparatuses are in use.
Childproof container and process of making the same
The present invention relates to a childproof container (1) comprising a store (2) and a closure system (7) and defining a compartment (8). The container comprises a safety device (11) with a first coupling portion (12) and a second coupling portion (13) configured to engage each other stably in an internal volume of the container (1) in a closing condition of the closure system (7) to define a locking condition wherein they prevent the closure system (7) from switching from the closing to the opening condition. The closure system (7) comprises an unlocking portion (18) configured to define a through access (19) that allows, in the locking condition of the safety device (11), the insertion of an opening device (20) into the internal volume of the container (1) that allows the disengagement between the first and second coupling portions (12, 13). The container comprises a guide body (24) carried by at least one between the second coupling portion (13) and the closure system (7). The guide body (24), in the closing condition of the closure system (7), is placed in the internal volume of the container (1) and is configured to guide the opening device (20) towards the safety device (11).
Folding box with integral product holder
A single blank for forming a box, the blank comprising a first panel, a second panel, a third panel and a fourth panel. The first panel is foldably connected to a folding support structure that is foldable and insertable inside the box. The folding support structure comprises a first inner flap which is connected to the first panel along a first inner flap fold line, a second inner flap which is connected to the first inner flap along a first inner flap second fold line, a first integral holding panel which is connected to the second inner flap along a first edge fold line, and a second integral holding panel which is foldably connected to the first integral holding panel along a second integral holding panel fold line.
TAPE-FREE PACKING BOX
A tape-free packing box, which can be in an open state or a closed state, the tape-free packing box comprises a box body; two tongue plates, respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the open ends of the box body; a connecting element, one end of the connecting element is integrally formed or slidably installed on one of the two tongue plates, when the tape-free packing box is in a closed state, the other end of the connecting element is connected to the other of the two tongue plates.
Temperature insulated packaging systems and related methods
A temperature insulated packaging system includes a container having interior surface bounding an interior volume and a liner disposed within the interior volume and at least partially bounding a compartment configured to receive an item for temperature insulated shipping. The liner includes a first sleeve made of cellulose material and at least partially bounds a channel. The first sleeve has an outside wall disposed adjacent to the container and an opposing inside wall disposed adjacent to the compartment configured to receive the item for shipping, the channel being disposed between the inside wall and the outside wall. At least one insulation sheet is disposed within the channel of the first sleeve, the at least one insulation sheet being made of a cellulose material and having a plurality of recesses formed thereon.
TAMPER-EVIDENT CONTAINER AND PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME
A tamper-evident container (1) including: a store (2) for housing at least one product, a closure system (7) placed at a passage opening (5) of the store (2) and configured for obstructing said passage opening to define a closed condition of the container (1). The store (2) has at least one glued portion at which a layer (40) made of heat-sensitive material is arranged, configured for irreversibly varying, following a heating of said layer (40), an optical and/or physical property of the same layer to provide evidence of an attempted tampering of the container (1).
TAMPER-EVIDENT CONTAINER HAVING RELEASE FLAP AND CLOSURE TAB
Unitary blank for forming a container having a body portion with a plurality of fold lines and a cover portion. The body portion with a plurality of fold lines define a plurality of body wall portions, and each body wall portion has an upper edge. A first body wall portion includes a closure tab extending from the upper edge of the first body wall portion. The closure tab includes a closure tab flap portion and a closure tab base portion. The cover portion extends from the upper edge of a second body wall portion. The cover portion includes a cover portion flap score line extending along an upper edge of the cover portion and a release flap. A food container having a body portion and a cover portion is also provided.
Auto-locking and tamper evident container
A container can include a main body and a lid. The main body can include a first panel having a receptacle formed therein and a second panel having a perforated tab. The lid is pivotably coupled to the main body and includes a locking tab. The container can be locked in a closed configuration by inserting the locking tab of the lid into the receptacle of the main body. The perforated tab of the main body retains the locking tab of the lid within the receptacle of the main body when the perforated tab is in a first position relative to the second panel. The container can be unlocked by moving the perforated tab from the first position to a second position relative to the second panel and by removing the locking tab of the lid from the receptacle of the main body.
