Method and device for packaging articles
A device for automated packaging of articles, comprising a conveyor for feeding and transporting into the device a blank of corrugated cardboard, a pair of crease wheels for creating two longitudinal crease lines in the blank, a transversal blade or score applicator for successively creating four transversal crease lines in the blank as the blank is transported into the device, and opposite pressing members such as jaws of a press and/or pressing rollers, arranged symmetrically with respect to a center line of the device, whose lateral position is adjustable for their ends or tips to match the two longitudinal crease lines, and activated in a timely manner as the blank is transported into the device to crush the corrugated cardboard in the top, middle and bottom corners of the blank in order to make it easily foldable.
NON-RECTANGULAR CARTON
A container for the packaging and displaying of articles including a bottom panel defining a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis and including at least four obtuse angles defined by an inner perimeter the bottom panel, a front panel hingedly attached to a front edge of the bottom panel, a top panel including at least four obtuse angles defined by the perimeter of the top panel attached to a front edge of the front panel, a first side panel hingedly attached to a top edge of the bottom panel, a second side panel hingedly attached to a bottom edge of the bottom panel, a third side panel hingedly attached to a top edge of the top panel, a fourth side panel hingedly attached to a bottom edge of the top panel, wherein each side panel includes at least four sections hingedly connected to one another along the longitudinal axis.

PACKING BOX
A packing box is provided. The packing box includes a cover, a box body, a connecting plate, and a lining partition. The connecting plate is connected between the cover and the box body through bending, so that the cover is adapted to rotate relative to the box body to open and close. The lining partition is disposed in the box body and is folded to form a main space of a step structure. The step structure is configured to hold an object. A lower surface of the step structure and an inner surface of the box body jointly form an accommodation space for accommodating another object.
Box design, blanks and methods
Box designs, blanks for forming boxes by folding, collapsible and non-collapsible boxes formed thereby, and manufacturing methods therefor are disclosed. An exemplary box is formed from folding a single sheet of material having fold lines therein. The assembled box includes a lid comprising a top panel having top side panels that extend partially within the interior of the box and partially on the exterior of the box when the box is assembled and the lid is closed. Overlapping side panels of the box define openings through which the top side panels extend in crossing over from the exterior of the box to the interior of the box. In a feature, the openings defined in the sides of the box are covered by the top side panels when extending there through. In another feature, the box is collapsible when in the assembled state.
Tamper-evident container lock
A locking arrangement for a container that has a lid pivotally attached with a base includes a flap that is pivotally attached at a first end thereof to the lid at a peripheral edge of the lid. The flap has a tab projecting laterally away from a second end of the flap. A frangible portion of the lid is defined by a perforation that terminates to encompass the first end of the flap. A slot is formed through an upwardly-projecting peripheral wall of a base of the container. As such, with the lid of the container moving towards a closed position, and with the tab in a folded position, the flap and tab are inserted through the slot of the peripheral wall of the base, thereafter as the tab clears the slot the resilient material urges the tab into an expanded position to lock the container.
Packaging box for cooling
Provided is a packaging cooler box for delivery, comprising a bottom portion to form a lower surface upon conversion into a box mode, a plurality of sidewall portions configured to connect with the bottom portion, a lid portion configured to connect with one of the sidewall portions, and to face said bottom portion upon conversion into the box mode, a crease portion formed along the edge of the bottom portion so that the sidewall portions can stand upright, joint portions configured to join said sidewall portions, to be folded to face itself and to be in close contact with the sidewall portions, upon conversion into the box mode, and easy adhesive portions provided in said joint portions and sidewall portions to maintain the box shape upon conversion into the box mode from a single plane consisting of said bottom portion, sidewall portions, said lid portion and joint portions.
TAMPER-EVIDENT BOX FOR EDIBLE CONTENTS
The tamper-evident box for edible content generally includes a box having a base portion, sidewall portions, and a lid portion defining an interior volume. A front tab portion of the lid includes an adhesive tamper-evident seal that secures the lid to the front sidewall to maintain the box in a closed configuration. The box further includes multiple vents at the sidewall corners to reduce moisture buildup, and the interior of the box includes a layer of insulating material configured to maintain the contents of the box at a desired temperature. The box further includes a breakaway cutter tab disposed on a lower front corner which is used to cut across the adhesive seal and access the contents of the box. The lid and sidewalls include tabs that allow the box to secured closed position even after the seal is broken.
Carton having major flap overlap
Provided are cartons, particularly cartons for storing and dispensing consumer products and more particularly absorbent consumer products and still more particularly tissue products, such as rolled tissue products, which eliminates plastic packaging while still protecting the carton contents from dirt and grime. The carton contents are protected by providing a carton having a top panel formed from opposing flaps that overlap to some extent. The overlapped portion however, is designed to compress on center and not to add material height to the perimeter of the carton so that multiple cartons may be stacked one on top of another to form a stable unit load.
