The product dispenser includes a storage portion and a base dispenser portion each formed from at least one folded blank of sheet material. The storage portion includes an interior configured to hold a quantity of products therein. The base dispenser portion is coupled to the storage portion, and the base dispenser portion includes a receptacle in selective communication with the interior. An actuating mechanism is configured to translate the storage portion relative to the base dispenser portion. The products are restricted from being dispensed to the receptacle when the storage portion is in a first operating position, and the products are dispensable to the receptacle when the storage portion is in a second operating position.

PACKAGING

An insert for a flow wrapped packaging assembly has a bottom wall (18) and a peripheral wall (20) extending from said bottom wall to define an interior volume (21) for containing product (14). The insert has a tongue (20) at a top end of the peripheral wall which is movable between a closed position in which it at least partially closes the interior volume at the top end of the insert and an open position in which it does not impede access to the interior volume. The insert (12) can be top-filled when upright with the tongue open and then moved to a horizontal orientation for flow wrapping using a HFFS process with the tongue closed to prevent the contents spilling out. The insert is particularly suitable for enabling a plurality of disc-shape products, such as beverage pads, to be flow wrapped using HFFS processes.

A dual compartment box formed from a blank having a front panel, a first minor side panel, a rear panel, a second minor side panel, a second compartment front panel, a compartment minor side panel, and an inner tab. There is a first slide and a second slide extending from a first compartment, top flap and a second compartment top flap, respectively, and they are movable between an upright semi-open position permitting product to dispense through the apertures and a downward closed position blocking the apertures. When the blank is folded, two compartments are formed, and an outer tab top flap and a minor side top flap overlap each other and the projecting portions of both the outer tab top flap and the minor side top flap form a center stop member that interacts with the slides to prevent them from becoming disengaged with the package.

PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR THE FORMATION OF PACKAGING CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING CONTAINER FORMED FROM A PACKAGING MATERIAL
20220411152 · 2022-12-29 ·

A packaging material for the formation of packaging containers comprising at least a base layer having a hole and at least one separation element covering the hole. The hole extends within a plane being defined by a longitudinal axis and a transversal axis orthogonal to the longitudinal axis. An imaginary longitudinal line parallel to the first longitudinal axis and an imaginary transversal line parallel to the transversal axis mutually intersect at a center point of the hole. A first maximum extension of the hole along the imaginary longitudinal line is larger than a second maximum extension of the hole along the imaginary transversal line. The hole is asymmetric with respect to the imaginary transversal line.
