The container is locked unless the second cover is first pressed down upon in a central location and then moved to the second position wherein a user may then grasp and rotate the second cover, and therefore the entire top unit, upward from the bottom unit.

The dosing dispenser includes a closure removably coupled to the container and an anti-suction valve fixed to the container that is configured to minimize formation of a complete seal between a user's mouth and an upper surface of the anti-suction valve so that sufficient suction to remove fluid from the container is blocked.

A container with a safety-latch, the container comprising: a lid; a base rotatably attached to the lid; a lip located on the lid; a base pin attached to the base; an outer sleeve rotatably attached to the base pin; a U-shaped pin rotatably attached to the outer sleeve, and configured to removably attach to the lip; where the outer sleeve and U-shaped pin are difficult for a child to manipulate in order to remove the U-shaped pin from the lip.

A safety container having a container section with a container body and a lip portion above an inner surface of a passage in the body. A cover section conforms to at least a part of the lip portion and is coupled thereto. A sealing member is coupled to a bottom portion of the cover section. A locking pin is slidably mounted to the bottom portion of the cover section and engageable with the container section. In a locked position, the container section and the cover section are locked by the locking pin outer end engaging the lip portion outer end, and the sealing member engaging the container body inner surface, to seal the passage of the container body. In an open position, the locking pin and the lip portion are disengaged, and the locking pin is engaged upward to at least partially remove the cover section from the container section.

A stopper for a container neck, comprising: a skirt having a generally tubular shape and being centered on an axis, the skirt being adapted to surround a neck of a container, and being provided internally with a snap-on member adapted to fasten the skirt to the neck in a removable manner by jamming the snap-on member with an external projecting boss of the neck of the container; and an opening strip having a generally annular shape and including a peripheral portion that is permanently connected to a peripheral portion of the skirt, the strip being movable relative to the skirt between: a first position, in which the strip surrounds an external lateral surface of the skirt, by providing an annular space radially between the external lateral surface of the skirt and an inner surface of the strip; and a second position, in which the inside of the strip is substantially detached from the skirt in order to enable the strip to be manually grasped so that the skirt is unsnapped from the neck.
