Systems and methods for sterile delivery of prostheses
Systems and methods are disclosed for sterile delivery of prostheses that protect refined and/or conditioned surface properties and thereby reduce aging of surface properties in prostheses. An example of the system includes a partially custom-shaped holder that also serves as an insertion tool that holds a customized dental prosthesis in a pre-defined position inside a titanium container that is hermetically sealed. Container materials serve as a getter or catalyst with respect to the osseoconductive surface. An example of the method includes laser welding to hermetically seal a metal container as packaging for a prosthesis with a metal foil, and the sterilization of the packaged and sealed prosthesis with dry heat.
Container and Method for Producing a Container
The present disclosure relates to a mesh container and a method of making a mesh container that has a first and a second set of opposing side panels, a bottom panel, and a rim directed outwards from the upper edges of the side panels. At least two adjacent sides panels of the container and portion of the rim directed outwardly from the upper edge of the side panels are made from a sheet metal precursor with least one perforated and a stretched portion and unstretched metal portion. The precursor is folded so that the unstretched metal portion joins the two side panels and is bent to form the rim. A notch is cut from the edge of the unstretched metal portion where it is bent at the corner formed by the two side panels.
Tray with integrated support structures
The present invention is to an integrated tray for holding and retaining a plurality of articles contained therein. The integrated tray comprises a tubular open-ended tray having a floor panel and an article support panel that is foldably joined to the floor panel in a spaced apart relationship. The article support panel includes a plurality of apertures formed therein to securely retain the plurality of articles therein. A girder is foldably joined to the floor panel and extending upwardly therefrom and is engaged with the article support panel to form the tubular open-ended tray. At least one divider is configured to be removably attached to the tubular open-ended tray. The at least one divider has at least one web panel extending transversely across the tray and at least one flange panel extending longitudinally of the tray.
Container with liner
A container for heating a food product. The container comprises a base layer of material and a liner releasably attached to an inner surface of the base layer. The liner is separable from the base layer after heating the container. The container comprises a bottom panel, and end panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, and a corner panel foldably connected to the bottom panel. The corner panel extends between the end panel and the side panel.
Packaging tray
The invention relates to a packaging tray composed of plastic with a base (10) and sidewalls (11) which adjoin the base (10) and delimit a receiving space for a product being packaged, and with a baseplate (2) which is placed onto the upper side of the base (10) and forms a supporting surface for the product being packaged, wherein the baseplate (2) and the base (10) are formed with at least one releasable connecting means for releasably fixing the baseplate (2) to the base (10) of the packaging tray (1), wherein the connecting means are complementary with respect to one another and are formed integrally in the base (10) and in the baseplate (2).
MATERIAL HANDLING BASKET
A material handling basket is provided comprising a base having two opposing pairs of substantially vertical outer walls. First and second sheet-metal dividers respectively extend between a first and second pair of the opposed vertical outer walls, and have a tab at each opposing end extending toward one of the walls of the first and second pairs of walls. Each of the walls of the first pair of walls has openings for accepting one of the tabs for positioning the first dividers relative to the respective wall; and each of the walls of the second pair of walls has openings for accepting one of the tabs for positioning the second dividers relative to the respective wall. Each of the tabs is rigidly joined to the respective opening to retain the first and second dividers between the first and second pairs of outer walls.
Tray or storage and transport container for plastic receptacles
An exemplary storage and transport container as provided can be easily produced, transported and mounted. The storage and transport containers can be designed and configured in such a way that electrostatic charging of the plastic receptacles that are stored therein is prevented as much as possible. The storage and transport container can also be reusable multiple times.
BASKET WITH METAL SIDEWALLS
A basket includes a metal board which is deformed to form four sidewalls. A metal netted plate is connected to respective bottom ends of the four sidewalls to form a substantial cylindrical basket. A space is defined between the four sidewalls and the metal netted plate, and the size of the space is gradually enlarged from the bottom of the basket toward the top of the basket. The basket has four rounded corners and each rounded corner has a non-continuous portion. Each sidewall has an outward folded portion formed on the top end thereof. Multiple clips are connected to the underside of the metal netted plate.
Packaging structure for containers for pharmaceutical use
The packaging structure for containers for pharmaceutical use comprises a support surface (2) for the containers (3), a tray (4) configured to support the support surface (2) inside it, and demarcation elements (6) which extend on the support surface (2) and delimit with the support surface (2) a plurality of cells (5), in each of which a container may be positioned (3), each cell (5) having a bottom wall (9) for supporting the container (3) and side walls (10) for containing the lateral movement of the container (3), said bottom wall (9) of the cell (5) having along its entire perimeter solid portions (11) for the container (3) to rest on, alternating with empty portions (12) enabling the passage of a device (13) for handling the container (3).
STORAGE SYSTEM AND STORAGE CONTAINER
A storage container for storage of one or more items in a storage and retrieval system containing a track system including first and second sets of horizontal parallel tracks forming a grid pattern having a plurality of grid spaces and stacks of storage containers located beneath the track system, wherein each stack occupies a single grid space. The storage container includes a metallic container body including a base portion formed as a single unitary body and having a container bottom wall and upwardly standing base sidewall and end wall parts to define a tray, and a separate upper portion having upper sidewall and end wall parts upwardly extending from and connected to respective base sidewall and end wall parts to form a box-like structure with an open end for receiving items within the box-like structure.
