A folding box (100), comprising: a bottom plate (1), and a pair of first side plates (2) and a pair of a second side plates (3) capable of being folded with respect to the bottom plate (1). The first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are releasably interlocked via a locking mechanism (4). The locking mechanism (4) comprises a handle (41), a locking member (42), and a guidance feature (31). When the first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are in a locked state, the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) moves and provides the locking member (42) space required for movement of the locking member (42), the locking member (42) cooperates with the guidance feature (31) to drive the locking member (42) to move so as to unlock the same. A secure, lockable folding storage box is disclosed herein. The storage box may attach to doors or walls. The storage box and fastening mechanism is adjustable to accommodate doors of various sizes. The storage box may also be mounted to any fixed or mobile structure. The storage box may be remotely locked, or unlocked, and/or have a programmable key access code interface.

The present invention relates to storage and display device comprising a base wall and a side wall that are connected together and operable to move between a folded and an expanded configuration, the expanded configuration defining an interior region for the storage of product between the side wall and the base wall, and the side wall and the base wall are arranged to provide a top opening and a side opening to the interior region. The device comprises at least one locking arm arrangement comprising a pair of connected locking arms each having a side wall engaging locking surface and together operable to move between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration in the expanded configuration of the device. The locking arm arrangement strengthens and provides considerable stability and rigidity to the device in the expanded configuration by preventing sideways movement or wobble of the side wall when of the device in the expanded configuration. The present invention provides a re-usable storage and display device for the transport and display of product, such as in a retail environment.

A collapsible cargo utility box for storing items is provided. The utility box comprises a housing having a front wall, a rear wall, and a pair of sidewalls forming an interior volume. An upper wall extends from the rear wall, wherein a lid is pivotally secured to the upper wall. A base forms the bottom section of the housing and is pivotally secured between the front wall and rear wall. The housing is movable between a collapsed configuration and an in-use configuration, wherein the in-use configuration the utility box can transport objects while secured within a bed of a truck and in the collapsed configuration the utility box is easily carried. A pair of cutouts are disposed on opposite sidewalls, wherein the cutouts receive the first or second sidewall in the collapsed configuration. A handle extends from the upper wall to allow for easy transport in the collapsed configuration.
