A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly said container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize said container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.

A collapsible bin assembly includes an upper support having upper walls, a lower support having lower walls and a collapsible wall structure. The collapsible wall structure has a deployed position and a folded position. The collapsible wall structure has solid walls and collapsible walls, with each solid wall being hingedly connected to two of the collapsible walls at a living hinge. Each of the collapsible walls has a middle hinge allowing the collapsible walls to fold upon themselves. Each of the collapsible walls has a support panel connected to an interior face of the collapsible wall on a first side of the middle hinge such that the support panel abuts the interior face of the collapsible wall on a second side of the middle hinge when the collapsible wall and the collapsible wall structure are in the deployed position.

Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. The crate may include a first frame end of a crate having a first frame, a second frame end having a second frame disposed opposite the first frame, and a base panel fixed to and extending between the second frame. The crate may include swinging panels that are releasably secured to the second frame when the crate is in a storage position and rotatable about a swinging axis at the first frame to move the crate into a collapsed position. The crate may also include folding panels pivotally mounted to the first frame and the second frame that are foldable along a folding axis when the crate moves into the collapsed position.

Each lid may be affixed to the collapsible plate assembly along one edge thereof with hinge pin segments configured to cooperate with hinge pin receiver segments, and along an opposing edge thereof with a clasp configured to engage a clasp receiver. A liner may be received within a plate assembly cavity formed by the collapsible plate assembly, with opposing end faces of the liner being configured to be depressed against the top and bottom lid to form a water-tight cavity. Methods for fabricating a collapsible container are also provided.

The plurality of sockets may be arranged in a hinge type configuration. A top panel is supported by the plurality of side panels when joined. A locking mechanism secures the top panel to at least one of the plurality of side panels. The side panels may be secured to a ground or wall surface to surround the equipment to be repaired or serviced by a technician.

First and second sheet-metal dividers respectively extend between a first and second pair of the opposed vertical outer walls, and have a tab at each opposing end extending toward one of the walls of the first and second pairs of walls. Each of the walls of the first pair of walls has openings for accepting one of the tabs for positioning the first dividers relative to the respective wall; and each of the walls of the second pair of walls has openings for accepting one of the tabs for positioning the second dividers relative to the respective wall. Each of the tabs is rigidly joined to the respective opening to retain the first and second dividers between the first and second pairs of outer walls.

Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. The crate may include a first frame end of a crate having a first frame, a second frame end having a second frame disposed opposite the first frame, and a base panel fixed to and extending between the second frame. The crate may include swinging panels that are releasably secured to the second frame when the crate is in a storage position and rotatable about a swinging axis at the first frame to move the crate into a collapsed position. NEW FOLDABLE BOX AND ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a new foldable box and an assembling and disassembling method thereof. The box includes a first plate (1), a second plate (2) and two side plates (3). The two side plates are respectively hinged with the second plate. Sliding guiding holes are provided on the first plate. The two side plates are respectively fixedly connected or movably connected with a sliding member. The two sliding members (4) are respectively slidably provided in the sliding guiding holes, such that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve unfolding. The foldable box is simple in structure and convenient for assembling, reducing the space occupied thereby.
