Apparatus and method for manufacturing container upper plate including handle coupled thereto
An apparatus and method for manufacturing a container upper plate including a handle coupled thereto are disclosed. The apparatus includes a steel-plate-shaping unit for forming at least one projection on an upper surface of a steel plate, a holding-plate-supply unit for supplying a holding plate including a reception portion, and a mounting portion bilaterally extending from the reception portion and coupled to the steel plate, the mounting portion having at least one groove or at least one hole formed therein, to the steel-plate-shaping unit, a loading unit for loading the holding plate onto the steel plate such that the at least one projection on the steel plate is fitted into the at least one groove or the at least one hole, and a coupling unit for coupling the holding plate to the steel plate by pressing a fitted portion by means of a press plate.
LIQUID STORAGE TANK
A liquid storage tank includes a housing, a piston located in the housing, a cover, an elastic element, and an outlet pipe. The cover is attached to the housing and has a support post extending toward the piston. The piston, the housing, and the cover define a tank chamber. The tank chamber is filled with cooling liquid. The elastic element is connected with the tank hosing and the piston. The elastic element is free from contact with the cooling liquid. The outlet pipe communicates with the tank chamber. An extension direction of an opening of the outlet pipe is not parallel to a direction of movement of the elastic element. When the cooling liquid is decreased, the piston compressed the tank chamber such that the elastic element is released. The tank chamber is continuously compressed by pairing the elastic element and the piston.
CONTAINER FOR DISTILLED SPIRITS AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A container for distilled spirits includes a stainless steel body, stainless steel top element and stainless steel bottom element wherein the body, top element and body element are joined together without solder such that the flavor of the distilled spirits therein is preserved. A method of making the container is also disclosed.
TAP ASSEMBLY FOR SOLVENT CONTAINER
A tap and solvent container assembly includes a container having an upper wall, a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the upper wall and said bottom wall. A bung hole is formed in the side wall and a threaded bung assembly is mounted within the bung hole. The threaded bung assembly has a threaded member and a tap assembly is threadedly mounted to the threaded member. The container has an inner reservoir for containing liquids such as solvents, paint, thinners, reducers, etc. The top assembly is used to dispense the liquids from the container.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE CONTAINMENT VESSEL
An emergency response containment vessel includes a sealing barrel and a carrier module for carrying and moving the sealing barrel. The sealing barrel includes a barrel body, a cover module, and a plurality of fastening modules. The barrel body includes a bottom wall and a surrounding wall connected to and surrounding the bottom wall, and has an opening opposite to the bottom wall. The cover module includes a cover pivotably connected to the surrounding wall, removably covering the opening, and formed with a plurality of notches. The fastening modules are connected to the surrounding wall and correspond in position respectively to the notches, and each including a stem removably disposed in and extending through a corresponding one of the notches and an abutment head movably connected to the stem and operable to move relative to and abut against the cover to press the cover on the surrounding wall when the cover covers the opening.
CONTAINER WITH SELF ALIGNING MAGNETIC SLEEVE
A container with a magnetic self-aligning sleeve includes a container that defines an interior receiving cavity with an opening at one end adapted to receive liquid or solid, and a base at an opposing end. The container additionally includes a sleeve defining a container receiving interior cavity with an opening at one end receiving the container, and a base at an opposing end. Of note, the container receiving cavity has an inside diameter that exceeds an outside diameter of the container. Finally, the container includes a first pair of magnetic arrays. A first one of the first pair of magnetic arrays has a primary polarity and is included with the base of the container. A second one of the first pair of magnetic arrays has a secondary polarity opposite the primary polarity and is included with the base of the sleeve.
PULVERIZER SYSTEM AND MILLSIDE CONFIGURATION FOR A PULVERIZER SYSTEM
An enclosure for a pulverizer system includes a generally cylindrical body forming an internal cavity having a central axis, a cover positioned above the cylindrical body, and a floor positioned within the internal cavity of the cylindrical body, opposite the cover, the floor having a surface extending from a point nearest the central axis to an inner sidewall of the cylindrical body. The surface of the floor has a substantially constant radius of curvature.
LIQUID STORAGE TANK
A liquid storage tank includes a housing, a piston, a lower cover, an elastic element, and an outlet pipe. The piston is located in the housing. The lower cover is attached to the housing and has a support post extending toward the piston. The piston, the housing, and the lower cover define a tank chamber. The elastic element is connected with the tank hosing and the piston. The outlet pipe communicates with the tank chamber.
