The present invention relates to a rigid plastics-material internal container (12) from a thermoplastic plastics material for a pallet container (10) or a similar large-volume retainer for storing and for transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials, having a flexible inliner (28) from a thin-walled plastics-material or composite-material film that is inserted into the rigid plastics-material internal container (12). For filling and removal at the base, the thin-walled inliner (28) at the base side has at least one filling and removal connector (42), said filling and removal connector (42) at the front being fixedly welded into a corresponding filling and removal connector (32) at the base side of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12). For filling from above and removal of the filling material at the base side, the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) and the thin-walled inliner (28) can in each case also be provided with an upper filling connector, wherein in this instance the upper filling connector (44) of the thin-walled inliner (28) is likewise fixedly welded into the filling connector (30) of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12). The thin-walled inliner (28) that is inserted in the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) in the assembled final state by way of vacuuming bears in a fully planar manner on the internal surface of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12), and in the empty non-filled state as well as in the filled state of the rigid plastics-material internal container (12) adheres in an immovable fixed manner, as if adhesively bonded, on the internal surface, in particular also on the upper base of the internal container.
Plate for metal cage for tank
Plate (10) for a metal cage (110) for a tank (130) containing a liquid, wherein said metal cage (110) comprises a base frame (120) on which a base of said tank (130) rests and a plurality of horizontal bars (111) and vertical bars (112), associated with each other and forming a grid, which contains said tank (130), said plate (10) being separably mounted with at least two bars (111, 112) of said plurality of horizontal (111) and vertical bars (112), characterised in that said plate (10) comprises a vertical wall (14) and at least two through openings (15) hollowed in said vertical wall (14), at least two C-shaped engagement elements (20), each C-shaped engagement element comprises a first portion (23) adapted to pass through a through opening (15) of said at least two through openings (15) and adapted to enclose at least a first portion (113) of a bar (111, 112) of said plurality of said bars (111, 112) and a second portion (24) adapted to enclose at least one end portion (11, 12) of said plate (10) and at least a second portion (114) of a bar (111, 112) of said plurality of said bars (111, 112).
Inliner
Flexible inliner having an upper filling connector and a lower retrieving connector the flexible liner for a pallet container (10) for storing and for transporting liquid and free-flowing filling goods. Each of the filling connector and the retrieving connector is welded to an inliner wall such that film cutting edges are covered in relation to contact with the filling goods, and no film cutting edge, neither the film cutting edge on a welded flange rim of the welded filling connector or the retrieving connector nor the film cutting edge on the internal-side delimitation of a retrieving opening in the inliner wall, comes into contact with the filled liquid filling goods.
Sensor System, Use of A Sensor System, Device, and Method for Measuring A Filling Level
In an embodiment a sensor system includes a housing, an electronic circuit and an ultrasonic distance sensor, wherein the electronic circuit and the ultrasonic distance sensor are arranged in the housing, and wherein the sensor system is configured to measure a distance between the sensor system and a surface of a material in a container by an echo propagation time of an ultrasonic burst in air.
BOX INSERT AND CORRESPONDING BOX ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a box insert and a box system that uses said box insert. The box insert may have an insert bottom and four insert side walls extending from the insert bottom. A flap may extend from each insert side wall. Each flap may have a first panel connected to its respective insert side wall by a first score line, a second panel connected to the first panel by a second score line, and a third panel connected to the second panel by a second score line. The box insert may be configured inside of a box whereby one of the score lines of each flap is folded over a box edge to suspend the box insert inside of the box.
