PEELABLE EASY OPEN PLASTIC BAGS
A woven laminated plastic bag having features that prevent leakage of contents out of the bag, or infestation of organisms into the contents of the bag is provided. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from woven polypropylene and/or polyethylene layer which can be laminated with a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing. The bag can also include a sealed closure that at least a portion of which can be easily peeled open with less force than the remainder of the sealed closure.

PACKAGED ARTICLE
A packaged article includes a packing bag which includes a welded portion that hermetically seals a container compartment in which a fluid content is contained. The welded portion includes a weak sealant section configured to be parted when the container compartment is pressed to communicate the container compartment and the exterior of the packing bag. A strong sealant section is configured to maintain a welded state at the time when the weak sealant section is parted. The container compartment includes a primary container section and a secondary container section. The secondary container section includes a narrow neck that is narrower than the primary container section in a width-wise direction, which corresponds to a direction in which the weak sealant section extends. The secondary container section is in communication with the primary container section at the narrow neck. The secondary container section is located adjacent to the weak sealant section.
Flowpack tray
The present invention is related to a flowpack comprising a cross-sealed film, said film comprising one or more polymeric layer(s), said flowpack enclosing a tray comprising one or more cavity(ies), the film forming said flowpack being sealed against said tray and forming a lid closing the cavity(ies) of said tray, said lid being part of the initial film of the flowpack.

Container for dispensing a substance
A container containing a substance, comprises a preformed deformable body defining a filling cavity. The body has an opening and an integral planar circumferential rim surrounding said opening. The opening is closed by a cover sheet which is sealed to the circumferential rim by means of a circumferential sealing seam, wherein the circumferential rim has a dispensing part which is covered by the cover sheet. The cover sheet is sealed to the dispensing part by at least one rupturable sealing seam and outlet seams defining an outlet passage from the rupturable sealing seam towards a dispensing edge of the dispensing part of the circumferential rim, such that, when the rupturable sealing seam is broken, the substance is allowed to flow through the outlet passage between the surface of the dispensing part and the cover sheet towards the dispensing edge of the dispensing part. The dispensing part and the cover sheet are configured and mutually arranged such that the edge portion of the cover sheet and the dispensing edge do not overlie each other.

CARTRIDGE FOR EXTRACTING A BEVERAGE
A cartridge for extracting a beverage by injecting a fluid, comprising a containment body which is adapted to contain a substance from which the beverage is to be extracted and is adapted to receive the fluid, the containment body comprising at least one opening for the outflow of the beverage, which is adapted to prevent an increase in hydraulic pressure inside the cartridge when the fluid is injected, the containment body further comprising a plurality of raised portions for hindering the flow of the beverage, which are arranged in a mutually offset arrangement around the outflow opening.
