FRAME END CAP PACKAGE
A frame package including a back panel, an inside panel tab, a front panel, and an inside panel is provided. The inside panel tab extends from the back panel. The front panel extends from the back panel and defines a region to rest upon a corner portion of a frame. The inside panel extends from the front panel and includes an inside panel tab slot. The back panel, the front panel, and the inside panel are arranged with one another to fold about the corner portion of the frame and for the inside panel to extend through a frame opening such that the corner portion of the frame is covered by at least one of the back panel and the front panel. The inside panel tab is received within the inside panel tab slot to secure the back panel to the inside panel without an additional fastener.
PACKAGE STRUCTURE
A package structure includes a backing plate, at least one pad, a frame, a side enclosing plate, a magnetic component and a fixing structure. The backing plate supports a target object. The pad is disposed on the backing plate and fixes the target object. The frame is disposed on a lower side of the backing plate and bonded to the backing plate. The frame supports the backing plate to fix the pad onto the backing plate. The side enclosing plate is disposed around the backing plate and connected to the pad to fix the pad. The magnetic component is disposed on the backing plate and attracting a magnetic coating on the target object. The fixing structure is disposed at an end portion of the frame and connected to the pad to fix the pad.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PACKAGING A PRODUCT
The invention relates to a method and packing system for producing a package for a product to protect the product, during transportation or storage. The method includes digitizing the product so as to form a virtual key form and determining geometric data. The virtual key form is laminated according geometric data in order to form stratoconception layers. Then, the sheet material is cut into packaging layers corresponding the stratoconception layers, and the packaging layers are stacked to form a package for the more stable protection of the product. The packing system includes the product, package and shipping container.
Fan Blade Shipping and Storage Box
A storage container for shipping fan blades includes blade compartments each housing one or more fan blades, where each compartment includes an upper foam retention holder that maintains a fan blade tip end in place and a lower foam retention holder that maintains a blade root in place, both holders configured and positioned to prevent twisting or lateral movement of the blades when in the compartment. The compartments form container rows, such that a housing of the storage container has one or more retainer walls that are movable between an access position allowing user access to insert and remove fan blades from compartments and retaining position blocking user access to insert and remove fan blades from compartments.
Package structure
A package structure comprises a backing plate supporting a target object, at least one pad disposed on the backing plate and fixing the target object, a frame disposed on a lower side of the backing plate, bonded to the backing plate, and supporting the backing plate to fix the pad onto the backing plate, and a side enclosing plate disposed around the backing plate and connected to the pad to fix the pad. The package structure further comprises a magnetic component disposed on the backing plate and attracting a magnetic coating on the target object.
BATTERY PACK PACKAGING BOX, AND BATTERY PACK STORED IN SAME
A battery pack packing box capable of easily fixing a battery pack in a lower case by using a buffering member including an insertion hole into which the upper portion of the battery pack is inserted is provided. The buffering member includes a frame and a plurality of wing-shaped ribs.
PANEL TRAY AND METHOD OF PACKAGING PANEL
A panel tray includes: a main body part including outer walls extending in a first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction and defining a space on a lower surface thereof, a plurality of slots disposed respectively at corners where one sidewall of the outer walls extending in the first direction and another sidewall of the outer walls extending in the second direction meet each other, where the slots include a plurality of guide parts. Each of the guide parts includes a first guide part extending in the first direction, and a second guide part intersecting the first guide part and extending in the second direction, and each of the slots includes an alignment mark defined on an upper surface of one of the first guide part and the second guide part.
SHOCK-ABSORBING STRUCTURE AND TRANSPORTATION PALLET
A shock-absorbing structure includes an underlay placed on a base, and a cushioning member disposed on the underlay. The underlay includes at least one positioning portion that includes a slope raised in a position inclined with respect to another area of the positioning portion and fixes the cushioning member in position, and a support portion that supports the slope in an obliquely raised position. The cushioning member includes at least one hollow that receives the positioning portion.
PACKAGING STRUCTURE AND PACKAGING METHOD FOR REFRIGERATORS
The present invention provides a packaging structure and a packaging method for a refrigerator. The packaging structure for a refrigerator comprises a bottom seat supported on a bottom of the refrigerator, a top seat covering a top of the refrigerator, four vertical side edges, and a film layer, wherein the film layer wraps an outer surface of an outline main body formed by the bottom seat, the top seat and the four vertical side edges by means of film shrinking upon heating. The packaging structure and packaging method employ the film which is heated to shrink to form a layer of outer film, the packaging manner of covering the whole refrigerator with paper needn't be employed, and the cost can be saved.
