HEAT SEALED PACKAGING ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS OF PRODUCING AND USING THE SAME
A packaging device can include a resilient member formed of one or more layers of different materials and a frame member. The resilient member can be heat sealed to the frame member or to a coating on the surface of the frame member. The layers can he made from different materials or the same materials having different thicknesses, modules of elasticity, melting index, or other different characteristics.
Apparatus, system, and method for position-controlled packaging
An apparatus, system, and related methods for position-control packaging are provided. The apparatus has an outer container. An inner container is positioned within the outer container. At least one arm is connected between the outer container and the inner container. The at least one arm supports the inner container within the outer container. At least two joints are within, or in mechanical communication with, the at least one arm. The at least two joints are configured to provide free rotational movement of the inner container relative to the outer container along two or more axes of rotation.

Product insert and shipper
An article can include a panel member folded to form a collapsible sleeve comprising a first panel layer and a second panel layer, the panel member movable between a first configuration and a second configuration, the first and second panel layers defining a product-receiving portion. Each of the first panel layer and the second panel layer can comprise a pivotable edge portion and an extension portion coupled to the pivotable edge portion and received in an opening defined in a respective first and second panel layer. The edge portions of the first panel layer and the second panel layer are pivotable together to form a double-layered support member extending at an angle to the product-receiving portion on a first side of the product-receiving portion and the extension portions are pivotable out of their respective openings on an opposite, second side of the product-receiving portion by motion of the pivotable edge portions.
Impact dampening package
An impact-absorbing package includes an impact absorber and an outer package. An item can be attached to the impact absorber and the impact absorber can be positioned in the outer package. The impact absorber can be positioned to have a volume of air between the item and the bottom of the outer package. An impact force applied to the impact-absorbing package can cause movement between the item and the outer package that is reduced by the impact absorber.

Shock absorber container
A shock absorbing container for retaining a beverage container or a beverage. The shock absorbing container is configured to absorb jarring or jolting impacts to reduce the likelihood of a spill. The shock absorbing container comprises a support structure, a base shock absorbing component, and a retaining insert. The support structure is rigidly constructed. The base shock absorbing component surrounds a base portion of the support structure. The retaining insert is insertable within an upper portion of the support structure and retains the beverage container or beverage. A rim shock absorbing component is house within the retaining insert to absorb impacts to a rim of the container. A lid and straw may engage the retaining insert to retain a beverage when a separate beverage container is not used.
SYSTEM FOR TRANSPORTING FRAGILE OBJECTS
According to certain embodiments, a system comprises an outer box and an inner box suspended within the outer box by one or more vibration isolators. The inner box comprises a mounting system adapted to facilitate mounting one or more objects within the inner box.
