Insulated container having an internal gel layer and a vacuum insulate layer
11548718 · 2023-01-10 ·

An insulated container including a container assembly and a gel assembly. The container includes a first sleeve, second sleeve, and outer sidewall. The container includes a cavity to receive a beverage therein. The second sleeve extends about the outer circumference of the first sleeve. A spacing is defined between the first sleeve and the second sleeve. A gel layer of the gel assembly is received within the spacing. The gel layer, when the container is cooled, is cooled and provides cold energy to the beverage held within the container. Between the second sleeve and the outer sidewall exists a vacuum spacing. The vacuum spacing provides vacuum insulation to ensure that heat does not reach the first sleeve through direct contact when being cooled by the gel layer. Allowing the beverage to be cooled for extended periods of time within the insulated container.

TRANSPARENT BEVERAGE CONTAINER INSULATOR
20230002141 · 2023-01-05 ·

The present disclosure relates to a durable beverage container insulator that may enhance the consumer's enjoyment of the beverage by a combination of visual and tactile enhancements to the beverage container. For example, the insulator may be composed of a transparent material that enables the consumer to see the label and type of beverage being consumed. The insulator may be sufficiently firm to ensure durability over multiple uses, and/or sufficiently pliable to enable users to deform the insulator and enjoy a “cushy” feeling while holding the insulator. In some embodiments, the insulator is configured to enhance ease and/or enjoyment of sliding a beverage container in and out of the insulator. For example, in some embodiments, an aperture disposed on a base of the beverage container may generate a whistling sound as the beverage container is inserted in and/or pulled out of the insulator.

Beverage container enclosure

A container enclosure for removably enclosing a container is provided. The enclosure includes a base component comprising an outer shell having a base wall and a sidewall extending upwardly therefrom, a support ring, and an interior sleeve. The enclosure further includes a cap component having a lower annular wall and a gasket. The gasket is disposed within a second cavity defined by the cap, and the gasket includes an aperture that is aligned with an opening of the cap component. The lower wall of the cap is configured to be inserted into the first cavity of the base component and the cap component is configured to be removably attached to the base component. The support ring is disposed around an upper end of the interior sleeve and configured to removably couple the interior sleeve to the outer shell. The interior sleeve is configured to receive a beverage container.
