INFLATABLE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING FOR THE COLD CHAIN MARKETPLACE
An insulative packaging for cold chain marketplace. The insulative packaging includes a base unit, a wall unit, and a top unit, which together form an enclosure. Each the base unit, the wall unit, and the top unit has an inflatable liner, one or more insulative sheets, and a radiant barrier. The inflatable liner can be folded and the one or more insulative sheets can be sandwiched between the two folds of the inflatable liner. An article to be protective can be placed within the enclosure and insulative packaging can provide 360-degree insulation and protection.
Container bag made of sheet material
To provide a container bag 34 that can be manufactured easily by folding a sheet material 1 precisely along a folding line 11B. The sheet material 1 is prepared by bonding two films 2 and 3 together in a predetermined pattern, and the sheet material 1 comprises a plurality of cells 16 formed between the two films 2 and 3 while being joined to one another to be filled with fluid. A trunk portion 17 to be filled with a content is formed by bonding overlapping layers of a peripheral edge 9A of the folded sheet material 1. A bottom portion 13 of the container bag 34 is folded inwardly toward the trunk portion 17 along the folding line 11B. A non-bonded section 14 in which the two films 2 and 3 are not bonded together is maintained linearly within the folding line 11B.
Thermal Insulation Bag
A thermal insulation bag, having a bag body for accommodating goods and an upper cover for covering the bag body, wherein the bag body comprises an inner container having side walls and a bottom wall, and a first inner TPU fabric layer and a second outer TPU fabric layer that cover the outer sides of the side walls and the bottom wall of the inner container, and the upper cover comprises an upper cover body, and a first inner TPU fabric layer and a second outer TPU fabric layer that cover at least a part of the outer side of the upper cover body; wherein a vacuum insulation panel VIP is disposed between the first inner TPU fabric layer and the second outer TPU fabric layer for the side walls of the inner container and/or the bottom wall of the inner container and/or the upper cover body, and a protective layer for the vacuum insulation panel is disposed between the vacuum insulation panel and the second outer TPU fabric layer.
Insulating Device
An insulating device may include a body comprising an outer shell, an insulating layer and aerogel structure adjacent to the outer shell, and an inner liner secured to the outer shell. The aerogel structure may comprise skiving features that extend from a surface of the aerogel structure to a mid-point width of the aerogel structure and may be configured to facilitate folding of the aerogel structure.
Insulating device
An insulating device can include a body assembly and a lid assembly where an insulating layer and aerogel structure is connected to both the body assembly and the lid assembly. An aperture with a closure is formed between the body assembly and lid assembly to form a storage compartment. The insulating layer and aerogel structure on the lid assembly may extend beyond the closure when the closure is sealed. The insulating layer and aerogel structure on the lid assembly may have an insulating ring and aerogel ring structure that has an increased thickness around its perimeter.
Insulated container assembly with thermal storage accommodation
A container assembly has a soft-sided insulated wall structure. It has one or more internal chambers in which to place objects to be kept cool or warm. A first closure member governs access to the container assembly. The wall structure includes one or more accommodations in which to place a warming or cooling element, such as an ice pack. The accommodations in the outside walls are externally accessible without opening the main chamber, and have their own closure, and may be insulated. The inside is a thin web through which to transfer heat. An internal partition divides the container assembly into two chambers. The partition may have a thermal storage element. The container may be a collapsible foldable bag; a tote bag; back pack or a non-collapsible lunch box. The thermal storage elements may have a flat disk shape. The disks slide sideways into place in the respective accommodations.
Insulation Container Utilizing Novel Layered Design
A container having improved insulation properties with an inner structure received into an outer structure defining an inner cavity and having a flat configuration and an erected configuration; a bottom insulating cavity defined by a bottom panel, a bottom rear wall, and bottom lateral walls when the inner structure is in an erected configuration; a first side insulating cavity defined by a first side panel, a first side panel lateral wall and a first side panel top wall when the inner structure is in the erected configuration; a second insulating cavity defined by a second side panel and a second side top wall when the inner structure is in an erected configuration and cooperatively associated with an outer structure; and, a top insulating cavity defined by a top panel and a top ridge when the inner structure is in an erected configuration and operatively associated with the outer structure.
Packaging product with thermal and mechanical insulation features
A packaging product taking the form of a thermally insulating packaging material includes a first multi-layer film bonded to a second layer of multi-layer film. Each multi-layer film can include one or more polymer layers and one or more metallized layers. The multi-layer films are bonded to each other with a pattern that leaves a number of inflatable cells dispersed across a surface of the sheet. At least one end of the sheet can be left unbonded. The uninflated packaging product can be stored and distributed in its uninflated state prior to it being used as a packaging material. Once ready for use, the cells can be inflated through the unbonded ends and the unbonded ends of the sheets can then be sealed to form a robust sheet of thermally insulating packaging material.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF SUBSTANCES
An environmental control assembly for controlling at least one environmental condition of one or more substances, the one or more substances being uncontained or contained within a substance container, the assembly comprising a first enclosure comprising a thermal insulator configured to provide a thermal shield to the substance, a second enclosure comprising at least one deformable environmental control material configured to regulate at least one environmental condition of the substance, wherein the second enclosure at least partially physically contacts with at least one of the substance and the substance container, and a housing at least partially comprising the first enclosure and the second enclosure.
ON-DEMAND THERMOREGULATION ELEMENT OR SYSTEM FOR STORAGE AND TRANSPORT OF TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE MATERIALS
A container may include a storage volume configured to store a payload. A thermal insulation layer may surround the storage volume. A thermoregulation layer may surround the thermal insulation layer. There may be activation of a chemical reaction in the thermoregulation layer. The thermal insulation layer may have R-value per inch configured to expose the payload to a desired temperature to ensure viability of the payload and dampen a temperature spike of the chemical reaction.
