A bundle of tubular and/or rod-shaped glass articles is provided that includes a longest dimension, a plurality of layers (N.sub.L) of the glass articles, and a thread-like element. The longest dimension extends in a first direction. The glass articles in each layer are arranged side by side in a second direction. The plurality of layers are arranged side by side in a third direction. The first, second, and third directions being perpendicular to one another. The thread-like element is around two of the glass articles in at least one layer so that the two glass articles are spaced apart. The thread-like element has a cross section between at least 0.25 mm and at most 4.0 mm.

An assembly nest for transporting a tubular sub assembly of a drug delivery device on an automated production line, in which the tubular sub assembly includes a tubular body and a cap that is wider than the tubular body. The assembly nest includes a base against which a sub assembly of a drug delivery device is mountable to orientate said sub assembly in a predetermined position; and locking mechanism having a resilient member to urge the locking mechanism into one of: an unlocked position, in which a sub assembly of a drug delivery device can be mounted to the base; or a locked position, in which the locking mechanism engages a mounted sub assembly to retain it in its predetermined position on the base.

The invention relates to a package for a drill. The package has a protecting portion arranged to house a cutting portion of said drill in a contact free manner and a locking portion arranged to hold a tool engaging portion of said drill. The locking portion and the protecting portion are movable relative each other and the drill is releasable from the locking portion by a movement of the locking portion relative the protecting portion. The protecting portion is allows the user to clamp the cutting portion of said drill by pressing the protecting portion and thereby establishing a contact between the protecting portion and the cutting portion of said drill. The invention also relates to a method and an arrangement.

A packaging system for fragile items comprising an outer box, a tray insert and a plurality of inner boxes. The system components protect the items, for example, glass pipes, during distribution, and easily convert into a display system for the items at the point of retail sale. Each item is contained in its own inner box, which includes one or more viewing windows to allow a purchaser easily to view the items. The inner boxes fit removably within paired holes in the tray insert, which provides multiple points of contact to hold the boxes in place, yet allows flexibility to protect the items from impact forces and to allow easy access by a purchaser. The tray insert fits within the outer box, which provides impact and debris protection during transit, and converts to a display mode. Both the outer box and each inner box may be marked with a code to allow inventory tracking.

A container support for engaging and abutting a roller of a container for ground protection. A heptagonal sleeve is connected to a base, the sleeve including a medial section, a pair of angled portions, each angled portion upstanding angularly from the medial section, each angled portion transitioning into a vertical portion, and each vertical portion transitioning into a lip portion, thereby forming a pair of lip portions, wherein each lip portion angles toward a geometric center of the sleeve. As such, the lip portion is adapted to engage and abut a roller of a container. At a second end the releasable lock comprises a locking element (3), said locking element (3) being moveable between a release position allowing pivoting of the elongate arm (1) about the pivot end and a gripping position preventing said pivoting. The pivot end is moveable about a pivot pin (10) housed on the cradle, said movement displacing the elongate arm (1) between a first release position allowing removal or addition of pipes (15) from/to a cradle and a second position in which pipes are secured in position in the cradle.
