In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. A collapsible storage unit with wheels comprises front, rear, left and right wall panels and, optionally, a bottom panel. The left and right wall panels are foldable inwardly to create a collapsed storage unit that is relatively flat. In another embodiment, the front and rear wall panels are foldable in a similar manner. The collapsible storage unit further comprises removable support beams, and in a disclosed embodiment, an optional removable support rod, extending between the front and rear wall panels. Wheels are affixed to the support beams such that the collapsible storage unit may be readily moved across multiple types of surfaces. A handle may be attached to or formed in a wall panel to provide easier grip and movement of the collapsible storage unit.

Tamper-proof case systems and methods

The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved tamper-proof cases for securely storing and shipping products. In one example, a tamper-proof case comprises a unibody frame constructed from a single piece of material. The unibody frame can comprise six sides and include one or more living hinges that allow the unibody frame to fold into a completed case. Various sides can be configured to receive panels to give the crate additional structure, rigidity, and security. Additionally, the frame can comprise a split-top lid with a self-locking mechanism with a tamper-proof pull tab for opening the lid.

The tooling defines the shape of the blank is such as to provide a thickness of the expanded material that is less than the thickness of a major portion of the blank, in which folds are to be made having defined edges, generally in the direction of each fold; the fold and subsequently applying pressure along an area where folds are to be permitted to reduce the blank are made without removing material therefrom for providing hinges to permit formation of the box. NEW FOLDABLE BOX AND ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a new foldable box and an assembling and disassembling method thereof. The box includes a first plate (1), a second plate (2) and two side plates (3). The two side plates are respectively hinged with the second plate. Sliding guiding holes are provided on the first plate. The two side plates are respectively fixedly connected or movably connected with a sliding member. The two sliding members (4) are respectively slidably provided in the sliding guiding holes, such that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve unfolding. The foldable box is simple in structure and convenient for assembling, reducing the space occupied thereby.
