The portable storage container of the present invention includes a base platform having a housing that is superposed the base platform and operable to be removed therefrom. The base platform includes apertures that are configured to align with mounting pins of the housing. The base platform includes wheel assemblies that are configured to assist in movement of the assembled portable storage container. A pair of lifting members are secured to the top of the housing and are configured to operably engage with forklift tongues so as to provide removal of the housing from the base platform. A door is provided on one end of the housing wherein the door provides an alternate technique to access the interior volume in addition to the lifting of the housing.
MODIFIED SHIPPING CONTAINERS WITH REMOVABLE HEADER AND REMOVABLE COVER
Methods and apparatuses for shipping of fabricated rectangular wooden modules used for construction of a wood frame structure and for shipping of other bulky items are described. In particular, the disclosure features a modified shipping container for shipping the fabricated rectangular wooden modules and methods of loading, transporting, and unloading the fabricated rectangular wooden modules. The modified shipping container features a removable header system and a removable cover. The fabricated rectangular wooden modules include a module length axis, a module width axis, a bounded wood perimeter, and joists or rafters oriented perpendicularly to the module length axis, and are stacked as cargo in the interior of the container such that joists or rafters of the fabricated rectangular wooden modules are substantially vertical and the length axes of the modules are substantially parallel to a length axis of the container.
Pressure Vessel Device
A self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box which is constructed to hold both a positive pressure and a vacuum pressure. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The slurry box meets space restriction requirements while functioning within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TRANSPORT CONTAINER FOR NEW MATERIAL DELIVERY AND USED MATERIAL REMOVAL
A construction material transport container includes four side doors that form substantially all of two side walls of the container. The container includes transversely disposed forklift pockets that can be used to load the container onto a flatbed truck. With the container on a truck and the side doors open, new construction materials can be loaded onto the container from both sides. Both the container and the new materials can be delivered to a job side by a single delivery using a truck-attached forklift. The empty container can then be used as a receptacle for recyclable materials. The container further includes roll-off or hook lift vehicle tracks configured so that the container can be picked up and hauled to a recycling or refuse center. A rear door of the container can be opened so that the container can be tilted by the vehicle to offload the used material.
FOLDABLE CONTAINER
The present disclosure relates to a foldable container which includes a pair of side walls disposed side-by-side; a guide rail disposed in a direction transverse-crossing between lower ends of the one pair of side walls to guide movement of at least one of the side walls; an upper plate and a lower plate, wherein each of the upper plate and the lower plate is divided into at least two unit plates that are rotatably connected to each other so as to be folded by the movement of the side wall, and wherein each of the upper plate and the lower plate connects upper ends of the pair of side walls to each other and connects lower ends of the one pair of side walls to each other; and a door rotatably connected to each of a front end and a rear end of the side wall.
RIGID FUMIGANT BARRIER FOR SHIPPING CONTAINER DOOR
A lightweight barrier insert door is attached to an enclosure, such as a shipping container that holds a product to be fumigated, such as during transport of the product to a new location. The barrier insert door fits within the doorway of the container to provide a sealed barrier to mitigate leakage of a fumigant from the interior of the container. The barrier also includes air intake ports to maintain the structural integrity of the container and to provide ambient air to the interior. Additional ports allow for connection for fumigant entry, monitoring, and/or an exhaust hose to be connected to or through the barrier for the fumigation process. The barrier can be height adjustable to account for shipping containers of various sizes and can be connected with fumigant exhaust and release systems for the safe release thereof.
Door for smart shipping containers
A door for a smart shipping container includes a door that has an outside skin strengthened by at least one hollow support beam defining an interior channel thereof. The door also includes embedded computing system disposed within the interior channel of the hollow support beam of the door. The embedded computing system includes a power source, memory, at least one processor, communications circuitry, an antenna and one or more sensors. Optionally, a window is defined in the hollow support beam so as to permit access by the antenna to an exterior of the door. For example, the window can be a three-sided window so as to permit access by the antenna to the exterior of the door irrespective of an opened or closed position of the door.
Automated Inventory System and Method of Use Thereof
An improved automated inventory system is herein disclosed. The improved automated system (AIS) can comprise an enclosure for storing one or more items, one or more RFID readers, and a control system. Each of the items are tagged with an RFID (radio frequency identification) tag. The enclosure can comprise a plurality of of interior surfaces that defines an interior space within said enclosure. The enclosure can also comprise one or more access points within the interior surfaces that allow access to the items within the enclosure. Each of the RFID readers can be capable of reading the RFID tag. The control system can be in communication with the one or more RFID readers.
Method and apparatus for storage and transportation of cargo
A stackable cargo container apparatus has a frame assembly formed by interconnected structural members, a substantially planar base, interconnecting side walls and at least one personnel access door. At least one lifting harness member of unitary or singular construction is operationally attached to the frame assembly, and permits lifting of the cargo container apparatus from its bottom and away from welds or other possible weak points. An integrated cargo weight measurement assembly permits quick and efficient determination of cargo weight placed on the planar base, and includes a digital display or other output device.
Storage container drain
A storage container with a drain feature is disclosed. In one embodiment, the storage container includes an inner compartment having a top wall, a bottom wall, and two side walls, a vertical post extending from the bottom wall, the vertical post having at least one opening formed on a front side, and at least one latch rod formed on a back side, and a drain feature positioned the back side of the vertical post, the drain feature including a guard, a ramp, and a sump. The drain feature interacts with the at least one latch rod.
