A container support for holding and closing a container includes a base assembly, a connector, a handle assembly, and a plurality of arms. The base assembly has a first side and a second side. The connector connects the container support to a frame, and the connector is attached to the first side of the base assembly. The handle assembly has a first side and a second side. The arms are attached to the second side of the base assembly and to the first side of the handle assembly. The arms, the base assembly, and the handle assembly are movable between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The container is unsealed and open when the arms, the base assembly, and the handle assembly are in the open configuration, and the container is closed when the arms, the base assembly, and the handle assembly are in the closed configuration.

An embodiment provides a portable bag mouth opening device, the device including: an outer portion including a continuous side portion defining an interior opening; and an inner portion including a continuous side portion and defining an interior opening, the inner portion fitting within the outer portion to form the portable bag mouth opening device, wherein the outer portion and inner portion fit together to hold a bag material between the outer portion and the inner portion. A yard waste collection device having an integral body, handle, and clamping means. The integral body has a planar surface and a continuous side. The continuous side has a large opening. Leaves and grass clippings can be raked or swept into the integral body and through the opening. A lawn or leaf bag, held in place by the clamping means, collects the leaves.

A garbage bag retaining clip apparatus for securing garbage bag excess includes a housing having an open front side separated from an open back side, a top side separated from an open bottom side, and a left side separated from a right side defining a housing inside. A bag gate is flexibly coupled within the housing inside. The bag gate is biased to rest in the pinch position. A plurality of parallel retaining ridges is coupled to the housing. Each of the retaining ridges extends vertically from the right side and the left side within the housing inside. A tab is coupled to the housing. The tab proximal end has a hinge extending between the left side and the right side proximal the top side and the back side. The tab moves between a locked position engaged within the retaining ridges and a released position extending behind the housing.

A system and method for preventing leaks from rubbish containing liquids and noxious smells has an air-tight and water-tight reusable trash receptacle. The receptacle uses an inner ring and an outer ring to secure a bag. A lid contains a seal such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the lid is engaged with the outer ring. The outer ring has a seal that engages the bag such that an air-tight and water-tight seal is formed when the outer ring is engaged with the liner on the inner ring.

A residue-compacting container with disinfection system is described that includes a vertically displaceable structure, a lid and a bag, the structure comprising a chassis internally supporting a sealed container and has, vertically fixed on both sides, a lower lateral structure; two lower lateral structures, each formed by cylinders, a steel cable, a spring and a telescopic pipe; two upper lateral structures with a handle; and a sealed container formed by a lower cylindrical body and an upper cylindrical body; the container lid is located over the chassis and moves along the two upper lateral structures, has a hermetic sealing resin and contains mechanical elements for sterilizing and compacting the residues contained inside a bag, which is located inside the sealed container.

A product bag suspension assembly includes a rod having a first end, a second end, and a body extending between the first end and the second end. A platform is operatively coupled to the second end of the rod and defines an aperture arrangement configured to receive a mounting device of a product bag. The rod is configured to suspend the product bag in an upright position when the product bag is coupled to the platform.

A refuse receptacle accessory including a bag support assembly, a cover assembly and a receptacle assembly. A bag support is placed inside of a receptacle. The bag support includes flaps and slits that extend outwardly and away from the bag support along a perimeter thereof. The flaps and slits allow for enhanced airflow to occur within the receptacle to eliminate the vacuum that is created between the receptacle and the bag within. Further, a cover is mounted to a top side of the bag support. The cover is absorbent and scented to increase cleanliness and sanitation within the receptacle. The eliminated vacuum facilitates the removal of the bag from the receptacle in a manner that is efficient and easy to accomplish.

A collecting tool (1) includes a frame body (11) that is disposed so as to surround an opening end portion of a bag (100) storing waste (D1) inside, and on which a folded portion (100a) of the opening end portion of the bag (100) is hooked in a state where the opening end portion of the bag (100) is folded back outward, three wires (13), a clip (12) that is provided at one end portion of each of the three wires (13) in a longitudinal direction and clamps the frame body (11) and the opening end portion of the bag (100) together in a state where the folded portion (100a) of the bag (100) is hooked on the frame body (11), and a fixing portion (14) that supports the other end portions of each of the three wires (13) together and is fixed to a construction material.

A trash container having an automated trash bag dispensing system which automatically deploys a replacement trash bag upon removal of a filled bag. A supply of trash bags is fed into the main trash container by a motorized roller assembly. A pair of opposing suction pads are pivotally deployed inward and suction activation attracts the opposing sides of the bag to corresponding suction pads. Retraction of the suction pads functions to expand the bag to an open configuration whereby it is suitably configured to receive trash.
