A system for provisioning products. The system includes a set of bins for each product, wherein at least one bin of each set of bins is affixed with a corresponding Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag. The system also includes at least one replenishment zone for receiving bins, at least one detection unit for reading an RFID tag of a bin placed in the at least one replenishment zone and generating provisioning requests, a least one processing unit for processing the provisioning requests and issuing instructions responsive to the provisioning requests, at least one communication unit for communicating the provisioning requests, and a memory for storing the provisioning requests.
Trolley system for collecting and compacting rubbish in a vehicle
A trolley system for collecting and compacting rubbish in a vehicle has a trolley housing with two chambers formed therein with respective housing openings and a rubbish compacting device. The first and second chambers, and the first and second housing openings are arranged concentrically along a main direction of extent of the housing upper side or of the housing base. The openings are arranged above the second chamber. A sliding surface is arranged below the first opening and extends from an edge of the first opening, which edge is directed towards the second opening, to an edge of the first chamber, which edge is directed towards the second chamber. The compacting device arranged above the first chamber is designed to move a pressing plate between a starting position close to the housing upper side to a position lowered in the direction of the housing base to compact rubbish within the first chamber.
Apparatus for facilitating peeling of lined containers
The disclosure relates to an apparatus for securely (and preferably reversibly) holding a container having a concave interior portion while a liner that abuts the concave interior portion 5 is removed from the container by peeling it therefrom. The apparatus includes a container holder having one or more holding surfaces, such as the interior of an orifice that extends through it. A holding surface (e.g., an O-ring or ridge) secures the container temporarily and reversibly, and prevents the container from disengaging from the container holder during peeling of the liner. An optional deflector can deflect a tab portion of the liner to facilitate its 10 removal from the container. After the liner is removed, the remaining portion of the container can be removed from the apparatus (e.g., and recycled).
Trash receptacle for recyclable products and associated use thereof
A trash receptacle includes a support base, and a portable storage container having a centrally registered longitudinal axis, wherein the portable storage container is detachably seated on the support base such that the support base is located exterior of the portable storage container. A trash bag is removably lined within the storage container and situated about the centrally registered longitudinal axis. Advantageously, the trash bag is suitably configured inside the portable storage container to receive and hold existing drink cups in a vertically stacked pattern.
Trolley, waste module and system for collecting waste
A trolley for collecting waste includes a housing having a main waste chamber for receiving waste, and wheels attached to a bottom wall of the housing. The housing has at least one module seating, each configured to receive a waste module for collecting waste. Each module seating includes fasteners configured to releasably couple to a waste module. The waste module includes a module housing having at its top surface a top opening for inserting waste, and having a module waste chamber for receiving waste inserted through the top opening. The module housing includes second connection means at its outside surface, which are configured to releasably interact with first connection means of a trolley for collecting waste. Also disclosed herein is a system that includes the trolley and at least one waste module inserted into the at least one module seating.
