Remote-controlled system and method for transporting trash
A remote-controlled system and method for transporting trash comprises a carrier with wheels, a remote box having a remote transmitter and a motor, a conveyor bar attached to at least one stand, and a pair of rails. The carrier sits on the rails and moves along the rails based on its communication with the remote box. The box has a remote transmitter and a motor component that commands the carrier to move vertically down the rails at the discretion of a user. The rails are parallel to the conveyor bar and are attached to the remote box on the conveyor bar.
SECURE BIN FOR SELECTIVE DEPOSIT
One example embodiment is adapted for use in facilitating collection and transport of memory devices, e.g., drives, motherboards, etc., e.g., for the purposes of subsequent destruction. The example embodiment has an outer bin, also called a garage or outer enclosure, within which is placed an inner bin with wheels. Once closed and locked, the outer bin has a door that can be opened so drives or other memory devices can be inserted. The drives then fall into the inner bin and, once sufficiently filled, the inner bin be easily wheeled out from the outer bin. The inner bin has its own locking lid that is secured when transporting the inner bin with the drives, e.g., to a destruction facility or area. Other features are provided as described below. Enhanced synergistic security features include use of multi-point locking latches to secure doors and lids, metal construction of the bins, and so on. The bins are sized to facilitate efficient collection and transport of potentially sensitive data center media.
Storage bin with stable removable lid and retainer
A trash barrel receptacle or storage bin container includes a detached lid having a predetermined depth, which is held down with an elastic lid retainer. The garbage can or storage bin and lids use no physical locks or canvas straps, but include the elastic lid retainer, which avoids the need for a pivotable handle located near the top of the garbage can or storage bin, to lock the lid over the garbage can or storage bin. The lid has a central portion with a concave groove or channel to retain the bungee cord within, to prevent the lid from sliding off laterally off of the refuse barrel or storage bin.
TRASH COLLECTION SYSTEM AND TRASH COLLECTION METHOD
A management server executes selection processing to select a mobile in charge of a replacement indicating at least one of a collection of a trash box installed in a facility and a replenishment of a trash box to a facility. The facility includes a first facility and a second facility. In the selection processing, when a request for the replacement in the first facility is received, a mobile for the first facility indicating a mobile in charge of this is selected. If a request for the replacement in the second facility is received during the replacement by the mobile for the first facility, it is determined whether a return condition for the mobile for the first facility is satisfied. If it is determined that the return condition is satisfied, an operation instruction of the replacement at the second facility is transmitted to the mobile for the first facility.
Debris Collection Device
A debris collection device for collecting and transporting debris includes a shell, which defines an interior space. The shell is flexible and thus collapsible. The shell has a top, which is open for insertion of articles, such as debris, into the interior space. A pair of sleeves is engaged singly to and extends along opposed sides of the shell proximate to the top. Each of a pair of poles is selectively insertable into a respective sleeve so that opposed terminal sections of the pole protrude from the sleeve. The opposed terminal sections can be grasped in hands of user, positioning the user to lift the shell and the articles.
AUTOMATED TRASHCAN ROVER
Apparatuses and systems for an automated trashcan rover for lifting and moving a trashcan. An automated trashcan rover device may include a motor coupled to a plurality of wheels, a gripping means for grasping and lifting the trashcan, and a power source for power operation of the device. A controller is coupled to the motor, gripping means, and power source and is configured to control the lifting and moving of the trashcan.
MATERIAL COLLECTION AND HANDLING DEVICE
An apparatus includes a flexible sheet of material having a perimeter edge and a central opening forming a discharge chute, and first and second clips coupled to the flexible sheet for securing an open end of a bag around an outer circumferential surface of the discharge chute, wherein the first and second clips are spaced apart about the outer circumferential surface of the discharge chute. With the discharge chut inserted into the bag and the bag secured to the clips, the flexible sheet is laid on the group and debris or other solid materials may be raked, shoveled, or otherwise placed on the flexible sheet. Raising the flexible sheet, such as by lifting with handles around a perimeter edge, causes the debris to pass through the discharge chute and into the bag. The size of the apparatus may be adapted for the application, such as leaf collection or sandbag preparation.
Portable apparatus for emptying a waste receptacle
An apparatus is provided with an outer frame with a series of wheels, and first and second support arms connected to the outer frame and extending upwardly. The apparatus has first and second rails to slidably receive an upper lip of a portable waste receptacle, with the first rail supported by the first support arm for translation relative to the first support arm. The apparatus has a dumping system with a lifting assembly and a power assembly. The dumping system is connected to the outer frame and the first rail to move the first and second rails along the first and second support arms between a load position and a dumping position. A controller is in communication with the dumping system to control the position of the first and second rails via the dumping system.
Trash Bin Dolly System
A dolly system that is constructed to removeably cooperate with bulk material can(s) or bin(s) to facilitate convenient transport thereof. The dolly system includes a base having a plurality of caster wheels. A bin facing side of the base includes a boss and one or more threads that are shaped to index a respective material bin relative to the base and restrict axial translation therebetween. A catch is defined by the base and engages the bin to resist opposite rotational translation therebetween. The dolly system can include an optional brake assembly supported by the base and selectively operable to resist translation and/or tipping of the dolly system and one or more optional connection brackets for selectively connecting a plurality of discrete dollies and respective bins relative to one another.
EXTENSION DEVICE FOR REFUSE CONTAINERS
An extension device for a refuse container includes a central frame section having a pair of upper frame arms, a pair of lower frame arms and a pair of articulating frame arms. The frame section includes a shape and a size that designed to be compatible with commercial grade refuse containers. An extendable handle section is connected to the pair of upper frame arms, a pair of extendable support legs are connected to the pair of lower frame members, and a pair of extendable lid securement arms are connected to the pair of articulating frame arms and secure the lid of the refuse container in the closed position. Locking tabs located along the pair of lower frame arms secure the device onto the refuse container. The device transitions between a fully extended position for engagement with the refuse container and a fully collapsed position for storage.
