A trailer system for hauling material. The trailer system including a frame and a container attached to the frame. A lid is operatively associated with a first aperture and adapted to at least move between an open position and a closed position. When in the closed position the lid seals the first aperture such that the seal is watertight. A gate is operatively associated with a second aperture and adapted to at least move between an open position and a closed position. When in the closed position the gate seals the second aperture such that the seal is watertight. A pusher plate assembly is arranged with the container for pushing material contained in the container in a direction towards the second aperture.

EJECTOR ACTUATION OF REFUSE VEHICLE TAILGATE
20220363474 · 2022-11-17 ·

A refuse vehicle body includes a tailgate coupled to the body. The tailgate is movable between closed and open positions. An ejector is deployed in the body and configured to translate between forward and rearward positions. An actuator is configured to translate the ejector between the forward and rearward positions and is further configured to provide an actuation force that moves the tailgate from the closed position towards the open position and thereby at least partially opens the tailgate.

TAILGATE ACTUATION SYSTEM FOR A REFUSE VEHICLE

A refuse vehicle body includes an electrically actuated, rack and pinion tailgate actuation system. A tailgate is rotationally coupled to the body and configured to rotate between closed and open positions. The tailgate actuation system may be supported by the body and/or tailgate and is configured rotate the tailgate between the closed and open position. The tailgate actuation system may further optionally include a locking mechanism configured to lock and unlock the tailgate in the closed position using the same electrically powered rotary actuator that opens and closes the tailgate.

REAR LOADING REFUSE VEHICLE WITH A MODULAR PACKER
20230076113 · 2023-03-09 ·

A rear loading refuse vehicle includes a tailgate coupled to a rearward end of the body. The tailgate includes a modular refuse packing assembly removably mounted therein and configured to compact refuse received in a hopper into a storage chamber located in the body. The modular refuse packing assembly may include a frame supporting an actuator and a blade. The frame is removably coupled to the tailgate. The actuator is configured to move the blade between extended and retracted positions and thereby compact the refuse received in the hopper.

Microwave plasma gasification and recycle integrated system for domestic garbage
11465186 · 2022-10-11 · ·

A microwave plasma gasification and recycle integrated system for domestic garbage. The system is fixed in a garbage truck compartment with a garbage inlet, and includes a closed chain-plate type feeder, a shredding machine, and a closed magnetic separator which are connected in sequence. The magnetic separator is further separately connected to a microwave plasma gasification furnace and a metal recycle tank. The microwave plasma gasification furnace is further separately connected to a stink processor, a plastic residue recycle tank, an integrated sewage treatment device, and a residue smashing machine. The stink processor is connected to a gas recycle tank. Both the residue smashing machine and the integrated sewage treatment device are connected to an aerobic fermentation tank. The aerobic fermentation tank is connected to a decomposed material recycle tank by means of a decomposed material forming and screening machine.

Ejector track for refuse vehicle

An ejector for a refuse vehicle including a structural frame, a first shoe, and a second shoe. The structural frame includes a first side plate offset from a second side plate, and the distance between the first side plate and the second side plate defines a side plate spacing. The first shoe is coupled to the first side plate and includes a first surface configured to interface with a first ejector track. The second shoe is coupled to the second side plate and includes a second surface configured to interface with the second ejector track. A lateral spacing between the first surface and the second surface is less than or equal to the side plate spacing such that loading imparted on the structural frame is transmitted directly into the first ejector track and the second ejector track.

Ejector for refuse vehicle

A refuse vehicle includes a chassis and a body assembly. The body assembly includes a series of panels configured to contain a volume of refuse therein and an ejector. The panels define a hopper volume and a storage volume. The ejector is configured to fully eject refuse from the storage volume. The ejector includes a wall at least partially defining an opening and a coupling pivotally and fixedly coupling a panel to the wall. The wall is movable within the storage volume. The panel is repositionable relative to the wall between a closed position and an open position. The panel extends at least partially across the opening when in the closed position and is angularly offset relative to the closed position when in the open position.

EJECTOR FOR REFUSE VEHICLE

A refuse vehicle includes a chassis and a body assembly. The chassis includes a cab positioned at one end of a frame. The body assembly includes a plurality of panels configured to contain a volume of refuse therein, a ramp, and an ejector. The plurality of panels define a longitudinal direction, a hopper volume and a storage volume, the ramp is disposed within the hopper volume, and the ejector is configured to fully eject refuse from the storage volume. The ejector includes a wall at least partially defining an opening within a plane and a panel pivotally coupled to the wall. The panel is selectively rotatable relative to the wall between a closed position and an open position, the panel spanning the opening when selectively rotated into the closed position and angularly offset relative to the plane of the opening when selectively rotated into the open position.

EJECTOR FOR REFUSE VEHICLE

A refuse vehicle includes a cab and a body assembly disposed behind the cab. The body assembly includes an ejector and a body at least partially defining a hopper volume and a storage volume. The ejector includes a wall at least partially defining an opening and a coupling pivotally and fixedly coupling a panel to the wall. The wall is movable within the storage volume between a frontmost position and a rearmost position. The panel extends at least partially across the opening when in a closed position. The panel is angularly offset relative to the closed position when in the open position. The ejector is configured to fully eject refuse from the storage volume when the wall is in the rearmost position. The hopper volume extends between the wall and the cab when the wall is in the frontmost position.

Method for the destruction of data carriers, collection vehicle and use of a pulper
11174101 · 2021-11-16 · ·

A method for the destruction of data carriers preventing access to the process of rendering confidential data carriers, which consist of paper or similar material, unreadable and allowing the carriers to be destroyed. In the method, confidential data carriers are collected at the point of origin in secure collection containers, removed by a collection vehicle, and are supplied to a paper recycling plant in a final step. The interior of a mobile pulper, which is connected to the collection vehicle, is filled with the confidential data carriers, the carriers are mixed with a pulping fluid and the mixture is blended by an agitator to form a suspension of defibrated documents and pulping fluid, a hydromechanical pulping process taking place in the pulper before the suspension is supplied to the paper recycling plant.
