CARRY CAN LATERAL STABILIZER
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body coupled to the chassis, a lift arm assembly coupled to at least one of the chassis or the body and selectively repositionable between a first position and a second position, a fork tube coupled to the lift arm assembly, a set of bump plates coupled to the fork, and a lateral stabilizer assembly coupled to at least one of the frame or the body. The lift arm assembly includes a first arm, a second arm, and an implement coupled to the first arm and the second arm. The lateral stabilizer assembly includes a lateral stabilizer and a backer plate. The lateral stabilizer assembly is configured to prevent lateral sway of the implement when the lift arm assembly is in the first position by the lateral stabilizer coming in contact with the set of bump plates.
CONTAINER ASSEMBLY FOR REFUSE VEHICLE
A container assembly includes a container, a collection arm assembly, a locking mechanism, and a controller. The container has a front wall, a rear wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall cooperatively defining an internal cavity. The collection arm assembly is slidably coupled to the container such that the collection arm assembly is selectively extendable laterally outward from the container. The collection arm assembly includes a retaining pocket. The locking mechanism includes a latch and an actuator. The latch is positioned to selectively engage with the retaining pocket of the collection arm assembly. The actuator is positioned to selectively reconfigure the latch between an unlocked position and a locked position. The controller is configured to engage the actuator to selectively reconfigure the latch into the locked position and thereby prevent the collection arm assembly from extending laterally outward from the container.
Cart washer lifter
A refuse container lifter is provided that comprises a base, a cross member, and first and second side plates; first and second masts connected on a first end to the first and second side plates, respectively; a first piston/cylinder actuator having first and second ends associated with each of the first and second masts for moving the masts between first and second positions; a cross bar rotatably mounted between the first and second masts at the second end of each mast and having a crank arm associated therewith; a second piston/cylinder actuator having first and second ends associated with each of the first and second masts for rotating the cross bar; first and second spaced-apart forks rigidly mounted to the cross bar and configured to be received in fork pockets of commercial refuse collection containers; and a residential refuse cart lifter secured to the cross member of the base at a position intermediate the first and second forks.
QUICK DISCONNECT ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
An attachment assembly for a vehicle includes a removable attachment comprising a first actuated pin assembly configured to extend a first pin from a first side of the removable attachment and a second actuated pin assembly configured to extend a second pin from a second side of the removable attachment. The attachment assembly further includes a lift assembly including a first lift arm including a first opening configured to receive the first pin and a second lift arm including a second opening configured to receive the second pin. The first pin and the second pin are configured to cooperatively couple the removable attachment to the lift assembly when extended, and the lift assembly is configured to lift the attachment.
TRUNNION BAR LOCKER ASSEMBLY
A trunnion bar locker assembly for a rear load refuse vehicle for use when dumping a refuse container having a trunnion bar, includes a pair of spaced apart locking assemblies, each locking assembly further including a base frame to be connected to the refuse vehicle, a trunnion bar receiver connected to the base frame, a locker door connected to the base frame and having an open position wherein the trunnion bar receiver removably receives an end of the trunnion bar of the refuse container, and a closed position wherein the pivotable locker door confines the end of the trunnion bar in the receiver, an electrically powered actuator coupled to the base frame and to the pivotable locker door, and a controller connected to each respective locking assembly to control the actuator to move the pivotable locker door between the open and closed positions.
Latch for compactor truck hopper
The present invention relates to an opening and closing latch for a compactor truck hopper that can be used with refuse compactor trucks. The latch for a compactor truck hopper comprises: two identical upper supports attached to the upper left and upper right parts of the container of the truck; to hook-shaped lower plates located in the lower left and lower right parts of the container of the truck, each plate being accompanied by a stud, a spring and securing elements. The hopper latch of the present invention facilitates refuse unloading, since when the hopper comes into contact with the lower part of the latch, the lower part of the latch automatically closes and when the hopper ceases to be in contact with the lower part pf the latch, the lower part of the latch automatically remains free to be opened. Furthermore, the hopper latch, according to the present invention, provides complete and correct closure of the hopper to prevent undesired spillage of leachates during refuse compaction.

WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLE
A waste collection vehicle for collection of right side and left side waste streams that respectively include right side and left side waste materials. The waste collection vehicle includes right and left side bodies, movable between respective raised and lowered positions. The right and left side bodies define respective right side and left side body compartments. The waste collection vehicle includes a hopper defining right and left hopper compartments. The right hopper compartment and the right side body compartment define a right side waste stream channel and the left hopper compartment and the left side body compartment define a left side waste stream channel. The right side and left side waste stream channels are sealed from each other, preventing cross-contamination of the right side and the left side waste material.
