The container storage device may include multiple flexible members affixed to the rectangular rigid member where a center point of the multiple flexible members is configured to align with a center point of the multiple apertures. The multiple flexible members may be configured to hold recyclable objects within the multiple apertures. The container storage device may include at least one elongated vertical support member affixed to the rectangular frame. The container storage device may include a base portion affixed to the at least one elongated vertical support, configured to maintain the at least one elongated vertical support in a vertical orientation.

A recycling appliance is for processing non-organic recyclable materials and organic materials. The recycling appliance includes a non-organic processing assembly configured to receive, process and store the non-organic recyclable materials. An organic processing assembly is spaced apart from the non-organic processing assembly. The organic processing assembly is configured to receive, process and store the organic materials. A housing assembly is configured to house the non-organic processing assembly and the organic processing assembly.

The system includes a waste management system and the waste management system comprises at least one opening to receive waste, at least one crushing chamber configured to crush the waste, and at least one collecting chamber configured to collect the crushed waste provided by the at least one crushing chamber.

A system for storing recyclable containers, such as used food or beverage containers, including a storage for housing recyclable containers, the storage having a set of inner surfaces which defines a storage volume for the recyclable containers; a transporting channel, the transporting channel including an inlet port and an outlet port, wherein the inlet port is arranged to receive compressed and/or uncompressed recyclable containers, and the outlet port being arranged in at least one of the inner surfaces in the set of inner surfaces, a force feeding transporting mechanism configured to transport transfer at least one recyclable container through the transporting channel, and into the storage volume via the outlet port, a centre axis of the outlet port of the transporting channel is directed upwards from the horizontal plane at an angle, the angle being within the range of 15° and 85° at the outlet port of the transporting channel.

A recyclables dispensing assembly includes a plurality of panels that are releasably coupled together to form a box for storing recyclables. The box is mounted on a vertical support surface. A door is hingedly coupled to a respective one of the panels such that the door closes a bottom end of the box when the panels are assembled to form the box. Thus, the door retains the recyclables in the box. The door is selectively positioned in an open position to empty the recyclables from the box. A clasp is attached to a respective one of the panels and the clasp is biased to engage the door when the door is closed. The clasp is urgeable to disengage from the door to open the door.

A recycling apparatus with two methods of recycling items. The apparatus is preferably configured as a kiosk placed within a location such as a store, market or gas station or external to a location. The kiosk has an enclosure including a receiving opening with a lockable door. In the first configuration, bottles or cans are secured onto a recycling strip, which is then inserted through the receiving opening and attached onto a securing means within the enclosure. In the second configuration, a recycling strip is not utilized and the bottles or cans are inserted through the receiving opening, placed on a support platform and then processed into recyclable material. Operating controls or a wireless interface allows control of the operation of the apparatus. Once the bottles or cans are processed, the remaining recyclable material is then removed from the enclosure for transportation to a recycling facility.

A recycling container with holes and slots that allow materials to be inserted one at a time into the container in an attempt to prevent non-recyclable material from being inserted into the recycling container. The recycling container further comprises a divider to separate types of materials, and may comprise a locking mechanism to restrict opening, wheels, a method of preventing materials from being withdrawn from the recycling container, or a drain.
