RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER DEVICE

A right angle transfer device has a conveying surface defined by a plurality of conveying members that are driven to convey objects in a conveyance direction. A diverting conveying member is mounted to a frame and is driven to divert objects in a direction angled away from the conveyance direction. A lift drive rotates a cam to move a bar in a substantially horizontal direction. The movement of the bar causes a frame link connected to the bar and the frame to raise and lower the frame. Once the frame has been moved upward to a sufficient extent, the diverting conveying member will be raised above the conveying members to come into contact with the object to thereby move and divert the object away from the conveyance direction.

MATERIAL CONVEYING DEVICE AND MATERIAL PROCESSING APPARATUS

Provided are a material conveying device and a material processing apparatus. The material conveying device includes a frame and a plurality of conveying mechanisms sequentially arranged in a conveying direction of a material. An output end of each of the plurality of conveying mechanisms is connected to an input end of an adjacent conveying mechanism. Each of the plurality of conveying mechanisms includes a plurality of rollers each rotatably connected to the frame, and a driver in a transmission connection with one of the plurality of rollers to drive the one of the plurality of first rollers to rotate. Each conveying mechanism is driven by a separate driver. A speed of the material on different conveying mechanisms can be controlled by adjusting a direction and a magnitude of torque outputted by the driver.

D-SHAPED BELT WITH FLANGES
20230211955 · 2023-07-06 ·

A drive belt for use in a roller assembly includes a main body having a radially inwardly extending arcuate portion, a first flanged portion projecting axially from a first end of the arcuate portion, and a second flanged portion projecting axially from a second end of the arcuate portion. At least one reinforcement is embedded within the main body. The first and second flanged portions of the main body are configured to prevent a rolling of the main body during operation of the drive belt when received within a groove of a rotary component.
