A conveyor system for a working machines such as a cold planer is disclosed. The working machine that can optionally have a frame, a rotor moveable relative to the frame to remove material from a surface of a working area and the conveyor system. The conveyor system can optionally include a first belt and a second belt. The conveyor system can be positioned to receive loose material from the rotor and transport the loose material relative to the frame away from the rotor. Optionally, the second belt can be positioned adjacent to and extending along the first belt and moveable relative to the frame.

A dimension characteristic measurement system for detecting one or more dimension characteristics of the material is provided and a computer device is configured to manipulate data received from the water content measurement system and the dimension characteristic measurement system to determine a water content of the material.

The system includes a conveyor apparatus configured for conveying a material and a water content measurement system positioned about the conveyor apparatus for determining water content in the material. A dimension characteristic measurement system for detecting one or more dimension characteristics of the material is provided and a computer device is configured to manipulate data received from the water content measurement system and the dimension characteristic measurement system to determine a water content of the material.

A picking system includes a multi-tier sorting device having ports in a plurality of tiers at different levels in a top-bottom direction, and sorts and discharges each of articles to one of the ports in the plurality of tiers; a plurality of first transport devices respectively corresponding to the ports in the plurality of tiers; and a second transport device configured to receive the articles from the first transport device and transport the articles. The second transport device has a second transport surface movable upward and downward, and, in a state where the second transport surface is located at a height corresponding to a terminal end portion of the first transport surface of one of the plurality of first transport devices, the second transport device receives the articles discharged from the terminal end portion of the first transport surface and transports the articles, with use of the second transport surface.

A picking system includes a multi-tier sorting device having ports in a plurality of tiers at different levels in a top-bottom direction, and sorts and discharges each of articles to one of the ports in the plurality of tiers; a plurality of first transport devices respectively corresponding to the ports in the plurality of tiers; and a second transport device configured to receive the articles from the first transport device and transport the articles. An apparatus (10) adapted to lift a conveyor belt (12) relative to a supporting structure (14). The apparatus (10) includes a cradle (16) adapted to support the conveyor belt (12), a base arrangement (17) adapted to locate with the supporting structure (14) and a lifting mechanism (20) operatively coupled between the base arrangement (17) and the cradle (16) so that the conveyor belt is elevatable in a supported condition. The apparatus including a load sensor arrangement (22) configured to measure a load carried by the apparatus associated with lifting the belt. A liquid treating conveyor system that can apply a metered liquid treatment to a metered stream of seed within the conveyor, with either the rate of the seed or treatment fluid regulated. The conveyor has a curved structure. A belt conformed to the curved structure carries a bed of seed through the conveyor. A liquid dispenser distributes a treatment across the seed bed. The liquid may enter the liquid dispenser at low pressure for low shear applications. Liquid dispensers may be spaced apart along a portion of the conveyor. Gas outlet ports and mixing baffles may be disposed within the conveyor. A liquid channel may be disposed within a mixing baffle to direct flow of treatment from the liquid port to an outlet port in contact with the seed bed.
