CONVEYANCE APPARATUS, CONVEYANCE METHOD AND FOOD PRODUCTION METHOD
A conveyance apparatus, a conveyance method and a food production method that enable to accurately place a conveyance object on a conveyance body while enabling the conveyance object to be conveyed at high speed by the conveyance body are provided. A catcher is moved to be arranged in a raised position where a placement surface is located above a conveyance surface, and in a lowered position where the placement surface is located at a same height as the conveyance surface or where the placement surface is located below the conveyance surface. A conveyance object supply unit places a first conveyance object onto the placement surface in such a manner that the first conveyance object is received by the placement surface above the conveyance surface. The catcher is moved from the raised position toward the lowered position so that the first conveyance object is conveyed downstream by the conveyance body.
CONFIGURABLE ASSEMBLY FOR CONVEYING PRODUCTS, IN PARTICULAR SLICED FOOD PRODUCTS
A configurable assembly is provided for conveying products along a longitudinal direction; the assembly has a supporting structure and at least two conveyor units; at least one of said units is provided with at least two tracks which receive, in use, respective products and diverge from or converge towards each other along a lateral direction, proceeding longitudinally from an inlet to an outlet; the units are movable with respect to the supporting structure by the action of an actuator device between a working area and at least one storage area, so as to selectively arrange one of said units in the working area.
Conveying apparatus and method of conveying tampon applicators
The present invention relates to a conveying apparatus for tampon applicators 100, having a first conveyor track 2, which comprises two transport belts 3.1, 3.2 which are arranged spaced apart from each other. The transport belts each have a bearing axis L1, L2. The conveying apparatus according to the invention furthermore has a first conveyor drive 4 for driving at least one of the two spaced-apart transport belts 3.1, 3.2, and transport belts which are arranged spaced apart from each other in such a manner that a tampon applicator 100 which is to be conveyed rests on the two transport belts in an intermediate space D between the transport belts. The bearing axes L1, L2 of the transport belts 3.1, 3.2 are arranged parallel; in particular in the case of transport belts having the same conveying direction F. The present invention furthermore relates to a method of conveying tampon applicators.
CONVEYING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CONVEYING TAMPON APPLICATORS
A conveying apparatus for tampon applicators has a first conveyor track, which includes two transport belts which are arranged spaced apart from each other. The transport belts each have a bearing axis. The conveying apparatus furthermore has a first conveyor drive for driving at least one of the two spaced-apart transport belts, and transport belts which are arranged spaced apart from each other in such a manner that a tampon applicator which is to be conveyed rests on the two transport belts in an intermediate space between the transport belts. The bearing axes of the transport belts are arranged parallel; in particular in the case of transport belts having the same conveying direction. Furthermore, a method conveys tampon applicators.
Fixed discharge variable length stacker
A Stacking Apparatus is proposed that performs the purpose of receiving the boxes being produced by a Rotary Die Cutter and transporting the boxes through the apparatus such that stacks of the boxes are created and exit from the discharge end of the apparatus. It embodies the four functional modules, Layboy Function, Shingling Function, Stacking Function and Hopper Function. These four functions are embodied such that it has the advantages of a fixed position Hopper Function and still provides Die Board Access, Running Layboy Roll Out and Sample Sheets.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for locating, engaging, and shifting objects in automated or semi-automated fashion
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and apparatuses for locating, engaging, and shifting objects. The systems may be used to unload objects from a storage space, e.g., inside a vehicle or facility, including one associated with a logistics network operation. The systems disclosed herein may operate in automated or semi-automated fashion, e.g., at the direction of a control system associated with a computing device. The systems may further utilize shifter mechanisms that each include one or more belt-driven mechanisms and position-changing mechanisms that facilitate the locating, engaging, and shifting of objects in a storage space. The components of these systems may operate independently, or in coordination, thereby increasing the efficiency of an object-handling operation.
METHOD OF OPERATING AN ALIGNMENT STATION FOR SLICES, AND AN ALIGNMENT STATION FOR PERFORMING SAID METHOD
An alignment station and a method of operating the alignment station allows for rotation of slices such as slices of meat or cheese. The alignment station comprises a conveyor which comprises a plurality of closed loop elements, a first roll unit and a second roll unit. The slice is supported on a first loop section of the plurality of closed loop elements. To reduce problems that may occur during rotation of the slice, said slice is subjected to vibration in the first loop section.
BRUSH CONVEYOR FOR TRANSPORTING PREFORMS
Disclosed is a device for transporting plastic-container preforms, the device including an endless circulating element having an outer surface and being capable of moving the preforms along a path by rubbing against the preforms, the device including a stationary mounting defining a planar bearing surface for the preforms, the circulating element having a series of brushes which extend projecting from the outer surface, capable of engaging with the preforms in order to move same by rubbing.
Multi-presentation slicing conveyor apparatus
A conveyor system includes a frame, a plurality of rollers, a driving mechanism, a plurality of endless belts, and a lifting assembly. The plurality of rollers is rotatably attached to the frame. The driving mechanism is configured to rotate the plurality of rollers. The plurality of endless belts surrounds the plurality of rollers. The lifting assembly includes a plurality of surface and an actuator. The actuator is configured to move the plurality of surfaces between a raised position disposed above the plurality of belts and a lowered position disposed below the plurality of belts.
