MATERIAL CONVEYING DEVICE
The present invention provides a material conveying device including a material conveying groove, having a traveling track; a material bearing and conveying assembly, including: an annular chain; traveling units arranged on the chain at intervals, drivable by the chain to move on the traveling track along a material conveying direction, and provided with a bottom surface close to the material conveying groove, a top surface opposite the bottom surface and side surfaces extending between the top and bottom surfaces; a belt-shaped elastic material bearing portion, connected to the top surfaces and/or the side surfaces of the two adjacent traveling units; and a driving device to drive the chain to circularly rotate relative to the material conveying groove along the material conveying direction. The working state of material conveying equipment can be improved, and the stability and economic index of the equipment can be enhanced.

Displacing apparatus with serial chambers for use with food product roll peeler
A peeling apparatus and method using rotating rollers as a peeling bed includes a mechanism that moves food products through the peeling bed. The mechanism has multiple walls mounted to a continuous loop that is driven over the peeling bed to define cavities between each adjacent pair of walls. The walls' lower edges are spaced close to the rollers to prevent food products from exiting a cavity. One or more of the walls may have cleaners, such as spray nozzles connected to high pressure liquid, to clean particles from the rollers. The nozzles spray the particles off as the spray nozzles pass over the rollers during normal operation of the peeling apparatus.
Conveying system
A conveying system, comprising: a conveying carrier (3) that is provided with a first connection structure (31); a rolling bed (1) that comprises a rolling bed base (11) and a plurality of rolling components (12), wherein the rolling components (12) are connected to the rolling bed base (11); a driving mechanism comprising a second connection structure (26) and a driving assembly, wherein the driving assembly can drive the second connection structure (26) to reciprocate between a first position and a second position along a conveying direction, the second connection structure (26) at the first position is connected to the first connection structure (31), and the second connection structure (26) at the second position is separated from the first connection structure (31); and a positioning mechanism (4) comprising an X-direction positioning assembly, a Y-direction positioning assembly, and a Z-direction positioning assembly, wherein the Z-direction positioning assembly lifts the conveying carrier (3), so that the conveying carrier (3) is separated from the rolling component (12). The system can achieve ultra-high speed conveying, improve production takt, further ensure a production capacity, and reduce the cost.
PUSHER SYSTEM FOR A STRAPPING MACHINE
The present invention includes a housing, multiple conveyors, and a driving system. The conveyors are provided for a working object to be moved on the conveyors. The driving system has a horizontal moving portion and a vertical moving portion. As the horizontal moving portion moves from the second position toward the first position, when a first detector detects a rear edge of the working object, a controller is able to stop the horizontal moving portion and to set an actual pushing position. Then, it can reset that the horizontal only can move between the actual pushing position and the second position for shortening a moving time and a moving distance of the horizontal moving portion. So, this invention can shorten the horizontal moving time of the horizontal moving portion. It can shorten the vertical moving time. Plus, it can increase the total processing efficiency.

The present invention includes a housing, multiple conveyors, and a driving system. The conveyors are provided for a working object to be moved on the conveyors.
