A medicine feeder includes: an outer rotary body on the outer side to be rotated about a vertical line; an inner inclined rotary body on the inner side to be rotated about an inclined line; and a sorting mechanism and a regulating mechanism operable to align solid medicine pieces carried from the top of the inner inclined rotary body onto an annular upper end surface of the outer rotary body through rotation of the inner inclined rotary body. An upper surface inclined portion of the inner inclined rotary body includes delivery portions sloping downward toward the outer side even at an elevated position and push-up portions not sloping downward toward the outer side, the delivery portions and the push-up portions being formed alternately in the circumferential direction. The push-up portions include projecting portions. The projecting portions are extended to the inner peripheral side of the delivery portions.
TABLET DIMENSION MEASURING PROGRAM AND TABLET DIMENSION MEASURING SYSTEM
Provided is a tablet dimension measuring program for quickly sharing the dimensions of a tablet while ensuring accuracy of the measurement method. The tablet dimension measuring program is a tablet dimension measuring program for capturing an image of a tablet by using: measuring means for measuring a dimension of the tablet; dimension display means for displaying the dimension of the tablet measured by the measuring means; and imaging means for capturing images that each include a numerical value of the dimension displayed by the dimension display means and a measurement position of the tablet, in which the imaging means is used to capture at least one dimension information image that includes the measurement position of the tablet and the numerical value of the dimension and a drug information image with which drug information of the tablet is identifiable.
System for transporting and delivering piece goods
A system for transporting and depositing of piece goods, in particular detergent pods, comprising at least one transport conveyor with a transporting surface, for transporting of piece goods in a transport direction with a transport speed from a receiving location to a downstream located deposit station, said deposit station, for the receiving of the piece goods, provided with at least one area for receiving the piece goods, which area at least partly locates under the transport surface of the transport conveyor and extends under a receiving length in the transport direction of the transport conveyor, wherein a deposit location, where the transport conveyor deposits the piece goods in the area in the deposit station, is adjustable over the receiving length, a detector, for outputting a signal that indicates if at a certain moment piece goods can be deposited in the deposit station, wherein a controller for determining the deposit location depending on the detection signal, wherein the controller moves the deposit location upstream or remains at the same position when the detection signal indicates that piece goods can be received and wherein the controller moves the deposit location downstream when the detection signal indicates that piece goods cannot be received and wherein the at least one transport conveyor is provided with a fast-retracting nose bar, for setting the deposit location over the receiving length; and wherein the deposit station comprises a guide, in the shape of a funnel, which forms a through channel that has a receiving opening on one side which opening extends over at least the receiving length.
MEDICINE PACKING APPARATUS
A medicine packing apparatus is provided. The medicine packing apparatus includes: a rotation hopper provided with a plurality of partition spaces, transferring a medicine from a medicine dispenser to any one of the plurality of partition spaces through at least one injection part, and transferring the medicine to the discharge part; an inspector photographing the transferred medicine to inspect the medicine; a controller determining whether the medicine inspected by the inspector matches a medicine of a prescription; and a re-injection part disposed in a partition space between an injection part having a shortest medicine transfer distance to the discharge part on the basis of a rotation direction of the rotation hopper and the discharge part.
AUTOMATIC PICKING MACHINE FOR FILLING A TRANSPORT CONTAINER
An automatic picking machine for pharmaceutical drug packages includes at least one storage rack, at least one storage and retrieval machine, a control apparatus for controlling the storage and retrieval machine, and a filling apparatus for successively filling each of a plurality of transport containers with a group of pharmaceutical drug packages corresponding to one order, wherein the filling apparatus includes a plurality of collection containers, first transport apparatuses, each having a transport channel for conveying the pharmaceutical drug packages towards the respective collection container, and a receiving apparatus for receiving a transport container to be filled at a filling location of the filing apparatus.
CAPSULE MASS MEASURING DEVICE
A capsule mass measuring device includes conveyer roller 10 and measurement device 20 having measurement plate 30. Conveyer roller 10 is provided with protrusions 12 and accommodation parts 13 formed between adjacent protrusions 12, and each of which accommodating the capsule such that a longitudinal direction of the capsule is arranged along rotation axis 11a. Measurement plate 30 is provided with groove part 32 and the measurement plate is arranged such that the capsule in accommodation part 13 is supplied to groove part 32, by a rotation of the conveyer roller, during a period after the capsule passes through the lowest point until rotating 45 degrees, and the capsule of which the mass has been measured is discharged from measurement plate 30 by contacting one of protrusions 12, which is defined as one protrusion, due to the rotation of conveyer roller 10.
APPARATUS FOR FACILITATING REFILLING OF MEDICATION INTO A PROGRAMMABLE MEDICATION DISPENSER
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for facilitating refilling of medication into a programmable medication dispenser, in accordance with some embodiments. Further, the apparatus may include an apparatus body, a bottomless tray, a cover, a refilling actuator, and a power source. Further, the bottomless tray is configured to be movably disposed within a body interior space of the apparatus body. Further, compartments of the bottomless tray comprise a medication. Further, the cover is removably attached to a side of the bottomless tray for securing the medication in the compartments. Further, the refilling actuator is configured for displacing the bottomless tray from a storage position to a dispensing position within the body interior space. Further, the bottomless tray is dispensable through a body opening of the apparatus body in the dispensing position. Further, the power source is configured for powering the refilling actuator.
ROUTING OF TOTES AND BOTTLES WITHIN A PHARMACY CONVEYOR SYSTEM
A system, method, and apparatus for the routing of totes and bottles within a pharmacy fulfillment center are disclosed. The system, method, and apparatus are configured to transmit routing tables from an application server to station controllers (e.g., PLCs) to enable each station to locally make a routing decision. Since the routing logic is locally stored at each station, the controllers do not need to transmit request messages to the server every time a tote or bottle is scanned. The system, method, and apparatus increase conveyor throughput by enabling each station to make a routing decision without having to wait for a response from a server.
