The sand storage device includes at least two sand storage tanks arranged along a first direction; the at least two first conveying devices are arranged along the first direction and configured to convey sand to the at least two sand storage tanks, respectively; the lifting device includes a supporting frame and at least two lifting members connected onto the supporting frame, the at least two lifting members are arranged along the first direction, and each of the at least two lifting members is configured to lift a container with sand and put the container with sand into at least one of the first conveying devices.
Conveyor system for material transport on cold planer
A conveyor system for a working machines such as a cold planer is disclosed. The working machine that can optionally have a frame, a rotor moveable relative to the frame to remove material from a surface of a working area and the conveyor system. The conveyor system can optionally include a first belt and a second belt. The conveyor system can be positioned to receive loose material from the rotor and transport the loose material relative to the frame away from the rotor. Optionally, the second belt can be positioned adjacent to and extending along the first belt and moveable relative to the frame.
CONVEYOR BRIDGE
A conveyor includes an endless belt, a boot end supporting a portion of the endless belt, a support structure, and a bridge. The endless belt includes a first run and a second run, and the first run extends along a conveyor axis. The support structure includes an end spaced apart from the boot end, a plurality of frames, and a plurality of idler rolls. The frames are spaced apart from one another and aligned with one another in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis. The idler rolls support another portion of the endless belt. The bridge extends between the boot end and the end of the support structure. The bridge is movable in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis relative to at least one of the boot end and the support structure.
Conveyor system and measuring device for determining water content of a construction material
A system is provided. The system includes a conveyor apparatus configured for conveying a material and a water content measurement system positioned about the conveyor apparatus for determining water content in the material. A dimension characteristic measurement system for detecting one or more dimension characteristics of the material is provided and a computer device is configured to manipulate data received from the water content measurement system and the dimension characteristic measurement system to determine a water content of the material.
VIBRATING SCREENING FEEDER AND METHOD OF USE
A vibrating screen feed conveying apparatus for conveying and separating sticky “moisture laden bulk solids” which are sticky and wet flowing onto a vibrating screening feeder and into a hopper. The apparatus includes a bed on which material is conveyed, a longitudinal counterbalance supported on a plurality of isolation springs, a plurality of inclined drive springs extending between the bed and the longitudinal counterbalance, and a plurality of stabilizers for controlling movement of the drive springs along their central axes. A plurality of vibratory motors, each having rotatable eccentric weights are attached to the rear end of the longitudinal counterbalance. The eccentric weights rotate in phase with one another to vibrate the bed at a vibration frequency.
PNEUMATIC AIR BOOSTER
The present invention relates to a pneumatic air booster, and provides a pneumatic air booster, which: can minimize the amount of air supplied to a pipeline, through which objects move, of high-density transfer equipment for transferring heavy objects with high specific gravity such as sand and limestone in a blower, a compressor or the like; enables smooth transfer of the objects in the pipeline and reduces even the impact to the pipeline so as to be advantageous in maintenance and repair of equipment; and is independently operated when the air booster is applied to a pneumatic conveying system, so as to enable pressure adjustment of the pipeline, so that a monitoring and control system is simplified, and thus costs for constructing the system can be reduced.
MOLDING SAND SUPPLY DEVICE AND MOLDING SAND INSPECTION SYSTEM
A molding sand supply device according to one aspect includes a sampling tool to sample molding sand, and a conveying device to convey the molding sand sampled by the sampling tool to a supply position along a bent conveyance path.
COAL-CONTAINING WASTEWATER SPRAYING DEVICE FOR DUST SUPPRESSION DURING COAL CONVEYING
Provided is a coal-containing wastewater spraying device for dust suppression during coal conveying, including a motor, a gland, a body seat, and an accelerator. The body seat includes a funnel-shaped cover, a first disc and a plurality of crushing plates. The accelerator includes a circular second disc. The end of an output shaft of the motor passes through the first disc to connect with the second disc. The cover is provided with a water retaining ring between the first disc and the second disc along its axial direction. The cover, the first disc, the second disc and the water retaining ring form a water inlet space.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HANDLING PARTICULATE MATERIAL
A system for handling particulate material includes a vessel and an outflow conveyor. The vessel includes an inlet configured for receipt of particulate material into the vessel, and a plurality of discharge conveyors. Each discharge conveyor is configured to move particulate material in the vessel towards a corresponding discharge valve. The outflow conveyor is configured to receive particulate material from each discharge valve.
