Splice system for conveyor belt

A splice system for a conveyor belt system includes a plurality of spaced tractive rods; a plurality of rows of flat wire pickets transversely disposed with respect to a direction of travel and interconnecting the plurality of spaced tractive rods, wherein at least one of the rows of flat wire pickets includes an outer edge link on each end thereof, the outer edge link including a reverse-turn closed edge on an outer side thereof; and wherein movement of at least one of the plurality of rods is restricted by the reverse-turn closed edge on the outer edge link.

MODULAR CONVEYOR BELT WITH DEDICATED ACCESS ASSEMBLY

A dedicated access assembly for a conveyor belt forms a dedicated opening and closing point for the conveyor belt. The dedicated access assembly includes a female portion having one or more open hooks and a male portion including a hinge rod extending between linking elements. The open hook disengages from and engages the hinge rod to selectively open and close the conveyor belt. A latching mechanism can selectively lock the dedicated access assembly.

MODULAR CONVEYOR MAT AND MODULE THEREFOR

Module (1) for a modular conveyor mat, comprising coupling elements (9) at the front and rear of a body part (4). The coupling elements (9) comprise a series of successive hinge parts (10) and receiving spaces (11), wherein hinge parts (10) and receiving spaces (11) can interdigitate with receiving spaces (11) and hinge parts (10) of a similar module (1) successive in convening direction, and successive modules are hingedly couplable using hinge pins extending transversely to the conveying direction, reaching through hinge bores (13) provided in the hinge parts (10). The body part (4) is provided in the middle with a dividing plane (D) which extends parallel to the sides and along which the module (1) is divisible into two module halves (1A, IB). The pairs of coupling elements (9z) located on the sides are, viewed in the direction of the main axis, implemented with a greater width (B) than neighboring coupling elements of the body part (4). Further, pairs of coupling elements (9d) located on both sides of the dividing plane (D) of the module (1) are also implemented with the same width (B) as the coupling elements (9z) with the greater width (B) located on the sides.

A conveyor module includes a module body with a pair of first link ends extending in a first direction of travel and a second link end extending in a second direction of travel opposite the first direction. Each of the first and link ends has a transverse opening therethrough. At least one of the first link ends has a first mating portion. A pin is configured to be received in the first transverse openings of the module body. The pin has a shaft and a lever affixed at a first end of the shaft. The lever has a second mating portion configured to be rotatably coupled with the first mating portion of the module body, thereby preventing transverse movement of the shaft.

A plastic modular conveyor belt constructed of belt modules with wear pads. The belt is supported in the carryway of a conveyor atop linear wearstrips along which the belt's wear pads slide as the belt advances.

Link for a chain for an article conveyor

A link for a chain for an article conveyor includes first and second link elements formed as coupleable separate parts. The first link element may be configured to support articles, and the second link element may be adapted to support the first link element and to allow the chain to be moved when in use. The link includes a hinging region in the second link element for hinging the link to a further link of the chain. The hinging region may be adapted to the insertion within it of a hinging element for hinging the link to another link of the chain. The link includes confining means provided in the first link element and adapted, when the first and second link elements are coupled, to confine the hinging element within the hinging region, thereby preventing the hinging element to escape from the hinging region.

Conveyor Belt and Device for Locking a Rod to a Link of Such a Conveyor Belt
