Image inspection device
An image inspection device has a platform, a controlling unit, multiple image capture units, and a discharging unit. The platform has a carrier being capable of rotating for carrying products under inspection. The controlling unit is capable of controlling rotation of the carrier. The image capture units are disposed around the platform and electrically connected to the controlling unit. Each image capture unit has a zoom lens electrically connected to the controlling unit for transmitting digital information of images captured by the zoom lens to the controlling unit. The discharging unit is configured to move the products under inspection away from the carrier and electrically connected to the controlling unit.

The first blocker assembly is coupled to the first conveyor assembly, wherein the first blocker assembly forms a plurality of first sections at the first conveyor assembly. The second blocker assembly is coupled to the second conveyor assembly, wherein the second blocker assembly forms a plurality of second sections at the second conveyor assembly, wherein the first blocker assembly and the second blocker assembly are unblocked when the plurality of first sections and the plurality of second sections are matched. Another interactive rotary machine is also disclosed, comprising a first conveyor assembly, a second conveyor assembly and a blocker assembly.

Feed device for feeding round blank rings made from plastic and arrangement for transporting of such round blank rings
The invention relates to an arrangement (20) to transport a round blank ring (30) made from plastic from a receiving location (35) to an assembly station (90). A every point in time, the orientation and the position of the round blank ring (30) are predefined, at least within a tolerance range. To execute a movement from top to bottom in a height direction (H), it is possible to use a feed device (34) with a motor-driven conveying unit (58). This conveying unit (58) moves one or more round blank rings (30) in a positively guided manner downward in the height direction (H) to a delivery location (36). At every point in time as this is done, the orientation of the round blank ring relative to the height direction (H) is defined, at least within a predefined tolerance range.

The conveying surface comprises a plurality of rollers that are rotationally driven and include a first set of rollers defining a first rotational surface and a second set of rollers defining a second rotational surface, where the conveying surface is configured to receive an article from a selected one of the inbound conveyors and to discharge the article to a selected one of the outbound conveyors.
