A feeding device includes a plurality of driving modules, a plurality of feeding modules and a plurality of couplers. Each driving module has a driving shaft pivotally mounted on a housing and driven by a power module to be rotated about an axis. Each feeding module includes a pivoting shaft substantially coaxial with the driving shaft, a suspending unit journalled on the pivoting shaft to be pivotable and having a bearing portion which is disposed to be biased downwardly by a spring member, a driven shaft mounted rotatably on the bearing portion, and a feeding roller driven by the driven shaft. Each coupler includes a transmitting shaft having two ends connected to the driving shaft and driven shaft by universal joints, respectively.

High-capacity elevator conveying system

A low-profile, high-capacity elevator conveying system that is operably able to reduce spatial requirements for the elevating system to not less than about one third (⅓) of the overall lift height, and preferably having a height to base ratio in a range of between 4:1 to 8:1. The present invention also relates to a high capacity elevator conveying system which can elevate both fine and coarse materials through a range of between 300 μm and 300 mm, while limiting belt side travel to 150 mm maximum, or +/−75 mm as required to prevent edge damage to the conveyor belts.

RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER DEVICE

A right angle transfer device has a conveying surface defined by a plurality of conveying members that are driven to convey objects in a conveyance direction. A diverting conveying member is mounted to a frame and is driven to divert objects in a direction angled away from the conveyance direction. A lift drive rotates a cam to move a bar in a substantially horizontal direction. The movement of the bar causes a frame link connected to the bar and the frame to raise and lower the frame. Once the frame has been moved upward to a sufficient extent, the diverting conveying member will be raised above the conveying members to come into contact with the object to thereby move and divert the object away from the conveyance direction.

Conveyor with jam prevention diverter wheels

Roller conveyors can only safely convey articles up to a certain width to downstream conveyors without jamming. The present invention utilizes at least one and preferably a plurality of jam prevention diverter wheels disposed at a selected angle between adjacent rollers of a conveyor with a portion of the diverter wheels extending above the surface of the conveyor rollers to contact items and limit the width of items that can pass through without jamming the conveyor. The diverter wheels are rotated with power mechanically derived from the main powered conveyor rollers. A portion of diverter wheels extend above the skewed roller conveyor surface a selected distance and at a selected angle to contact conveyed articles and only allow items up to a certain size to pass diverting wide items or misaligned items having a width wider than desired for passing through to a downstream conveyor. Jam prevention is the point. If an item width exceeds a given threshold width the diverter wheels come into contact with the term and engage the item pulling the item away from the conveyor stream.

ADJUSTABLE CURVED TUNNEL CONVEYOR SYSTEM
20230211956 · 2023-07-06 ·

Apparatus and method that allows a conveyor belt operator to manually adjust a moving conveyor belt pitch around a curve in a confined space such as a tunnel, while also automatically adjusting skew to restore conveyor belt drift. The apparatus includes a rail pair between which a set of trough rollers, and a lower elevated return roller set, are adjustably mounted. The trough roller set is releasably and adjustably secured to brackets that can slide along a respective rail while the return rollers are also releasably coupled to respective sliding brackets on respective rails. Couplings are used to adjustably secure the trough roller set, and return roller set, to respective brackets by either selecting different bracket elevation attachment points and/or by changing couplings' length. A second set of trough rollers can also be slidably/adjustably mounted on the rails with the return rollers being located between the two trough roller sets.

A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt, a first roller, a second roller, wherein the conveyor belt extends between the first roller and the second roller so that the conveyor belt has a transport side and a return side; and a frame for positioning the conveyor belt, wherein the frame has at least two upright walls at the position of opposite transverse ends, which two upright walls are formed such that, at the position of the return side, the return side falls within the two upright walls and that, at the position of the transport side, the transport side protrudes to a position outside the upright walls on either sides.

Roller tracks with removable roller support bars, cable dividers and living hinges

A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.
