Fixing device including rotor facing inner circumferential surface of fixing belt and image forming apparatus
A fixing device includes a fixing belt and a heating section. The heating section faces an inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt. The heating section includes a heater, a heater holding member, a reinforcing member, and at least one rotor. The heater heats the fixing belt. The heater holding member holds the heater. The reinforcing member reinforces the heater holding member. The at least one rotor faces the inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt. The at least one rotor is attached to the reinforcing member.

ENCLOSED CONVEYOR
This invention refers to an enclosed conveyor (10) of bulk material (100) comprising an enclosure (20) and provided within said enclosure (20) with a conveyor belt (30) arranged over a set of rollers (40). More particularly, the invention relates to an enclosure (20) capable of improving the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises an enclosure (20) formed by a first side wall (21) and a second side wall (22) arranged over a bottom plate (23) and provided with a cover (24) disposed over said side walls (21, 22). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises at least one set of rollers (40) comprising a first inclined roller (41) mounted on the first side wall (21) and a second inclined roller (42) mounted on the second side wall (22), and a conveyor belt (30) arranged over the set of rollers (40). According to the invention, each side wall (21, 22) comprises a respective vertical section (211, 221) arranged over the bottom plate (23) and a respective support section (212, 222) inclined inwardly of the enclosure (20), each support section (212, 222) being inclined along an entire longitudinal extension of the respective side wall (21, 22), the first inclined roller (41) being mounted on at least part of the support section (212) of the first side wall (21) and the second inclined roller (42) being mounted in at least part of the support section (222) of the second side wall (22). Thus, with the support sections (212, 222) inclined across all the longitudinal extension of the side walls (21, 22), the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10) becomes easier and cheaper when compared to the manufacture of a conventional enclosed conveyor.
ROLLER ASSEMBLY FOR A CONVEYOR BELT
The assembly of the disclosure includes two inclined side rollers and two central rollers, each one of the rollers being mounted around a respective shaft. The shaft of each side roller has an upper end hinged to a respective support portion arranged on one side of the conveyor belt, the shaft of each central roller having ends mounted on opposite sides of a rocker frame. Each one of the opposite sides of the frame has a median portion hinged, in an suspended way, at the lower end of the shaft of a respective side roller.
High angle conveyor with self-adjusting inflection zone assembly
A high angle conveyor includes a first conveyor belt, a second conveyor belt, a first idler roller engaged with the first conveyor belt, the first idler roller being coupled to a first pivot frame, and a second idler roller engaged with the second conveyor belt, the second idler roller being coupled to a second pivot frame. The first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt define an inflection point between the first idler roller and the second idler roller. The first and second pivot frames are pivotable from an initial position toward an expanded position in response to a lump of material larger than a specified capacity of the high angle conveyor passing through the inflection point.
