Conveyor system for material transport on cold planer
A conveyor system for a working machines such as a cold planer is disclosed. The working machine that can optionally have a frame, a rotor moveable relative to the frame to remove material from a surface of a working area and the conveyor system. The conveyor system can optionally include a first belt and a second belt. The conveyor system can be positioned to receive loose material from the rotor and transport the loose material relative to the frame away from the rotor. Optionally, the second belt can be positioned adjacent to and extending along the first belt and moveable relative to the frame.
Mixing Device
A positioning method for positioning a first device and a second device separated from the first device is described. The second device is moved so as to approach the first device, a first mark on the first device and a second mark on the second device are imaged, and information is output based on the imaging the first mark and the second mark.
Storage Silo Apparatus with an Integrated Vertical Conveyor
A secondary silo on a second portable frame is independently portable relative to a primary silo and a vertical conveyor on a first portable frame. The vertical conveyor conveys flowable proppant material from an intake hopper below the primary silo into either one of the silos. The silos have gravity discharge chutes that are gravity fed directly into a proppant blender unit. An unloader on wheels is self-propelled and steerable relative to the silos. The unloader can be lowered relative to the wheels to sit on the ground to allow vehicles to drive over the unloader for discharge. Intake hoppers of the unloader can be raised up against the vehicle to form a closed duct discharging from the vehicles into the unloader. A discharge of the unloader forms a closed passage with the intake hopper of the vertical conveyor.
DUAL AUGER DRIVE SYSTEM
A dual auger grain cart includes a horizontal auger assembly, a vertical auger assembly, and a drive assembly operatively connected to the horizontal and vertical auger assemblies. The horizontal and vertical auger assemblies each include an auger shaft and flighting disposed on the auger shaft. The drive assembly includes a first member operatively connected to the horizontal auger shaft, a second member operatively connected to the vertical auger shaft, and a power input device operatively connected to the first and second drive members to drive rotation of the horizontal and vertical auger shafts.
Method and system for conveying articles and an apparatus for doing the same
A conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor has a conveyor belt and at least one cleat disposed on an outer surface of the belt and configured to receive and move an object along the conveyor frame. The system may also include a portable base having a base frame and at least one wheel secured to the base frame. The conveyor may also be pivotably coupled to the portable base.
TRANSPORT DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM ON WHICH CONTROL PROGRAM IS RECORDED
A transport device according to the present invention includes: a transport unit that transports a transport object; a moving unit that controls movement of the transport device; and a control unit that controls an operation of the transport unit and the moving unit according to an instruction. In a case that the instruction includes forming group transport, the control unit controls the moving unit to move to a position where a group for implementing the group transport is formed, and controls the transport unit to transport the transport object at the position. In a case that the instruction includes implementing individual transport, the control unit controls the moving unit to move from the transport source to the transport destination.
DISPOSITIF DE DECHARGEMENT D'UN VEHICULE TRANSPORTANT UN MATERIAU EN VRAC, ENSEMBLE ET PROCEDE ASSOCIES
The unloading device comprises: at least two conveyor belts each extending in a longitudinal direction (X-X′) between an end for receiving the bulk material and an end for discharging the bulk material, the receiving end being level with the vehicle; and a hopper comprising an inlet orifice and at least one outlet orifice of the bulk material, the at least one outlet of the hopper being configured to discharge the bulk material onto the receiving ends of the belt conveyors.
Conveyor with towable elevating carriage
A towable conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for towing a conveyor and conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor system has an elevating carriage and a plurality of support elements for conveying articles up the conveyor. Specifically, the towable conveyor system comprises a conveyor having a support frame, a plurality of support elements, a drive end with a motor, and an idle end; an elevating carriage having a first end interconnected to the support frame of the conveyor, a second with two or more wheels, and a support member extending upwardly from the elevating carriage; a cable system for raising the conveyor into a position of use and for lowering the conveyor into a towing position; one or more locking mechanisms; and a hitch for connecting the conveyor to a rear end of a towing vehicle.
Automated unloading and loading robot system with telescoping mast, z-axis control and conveyor-nesting gripper
A system includes a robot configured to load and/or unload from a location, such as a cargo carrier or building. The robot includes a base unit that has a transport system to move the base unit. A mast extends from the base unit, and the mast has a mast conveyor. The mast is configured to extend and retract. An End of Arm Tool (EoAT) is coupled to the mast in a rotatable manner. The EoAT includes an EoAT conveyor configured to move a cargo item to and from the mast conveyor. A gripper mechanism is configured to move between a retracted position where the gripper mechanism is clear of the cargo item on the EoAT conveyor and an extended position where the gripper mechanism is able to grip the cargo item.
