A conveyor-rail cleaner for cleansing, scrubbing, and rinsing the rails of a cleanable conveyor system. The cleaner includes cleaning units pivotably connected to allow it to negotiate turns in the track. Position-adjustable scrub brushes accommodate transitions between one-rail conveyor segments and two-rail segments at switch segments between separate adjacent conveyor tracks. The conveyor system includes a filling station for filling the cleaning units with cleansing and rinsing agents and recharging batteries powering scrub-brush motors.

A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus, comprising; a case, wherein the case is designed to secure to a conveyor belt assembly; a frame member, wherein the frame member is secured to the case; at least one spray nozzle attached to the frame member; at least one pump connected to the at least one spray nozzle; a solution reservoir connected to the at least one pump; at least one applicator attached to the frame member and positioned relative to the at least one spray nozzle.

A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus, comprising; a case, wherein the case is designed to secure to a conveyor belt assembly; a frame member, wherein the frame member is secured to the case; at least one spray nozzle attached to the frame member; at least one pump connected to the at least one spray nozzle; a solution reservoir connected to the at least one pump; at least one applicator attached to the frame member and positioned relative to the at least one spray nozzle.

A cleaning apparatus for an endless conveyor belt is provided. The cleaning apparatus is operable for a rotary cleaning head to perform a cleaning action on a first section of the endless conveyor belt. In an embodiment of the present invention, the rotary cleaning head comprises a rotating disc assembly. The rotary cleaning assembly is operable for a mobile mount to position the rotary cleaning head into a first cleaning contact position with the endless conveyor belt. To affix the rotary cleaning head assembly to a mount, a connecting portion having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end includes a first coupling is provided. Said coupling is capable of making a connection to and disconnecting from the mobile mount, and said distal end capable of making a connection and disconnecting from the rotary cleaning head and adapted for use with the rotary cleaning head.

A cleaning apparatus for an endless conveyor belt is provided. The cleaning apparatus is operable for a rotary cleaning head to perform a cleaning action on a first section of the endless conveyor belt. In an embodiment of the present invention, the rotary cleaning head comprises a rotating disc assembly. The rotary cleaning assembly is operable for a mobile mount to position the rotary cleaning head into a first cleaning contact position with the endless conveyor belt. To affix the rotary cleaning head assembly to a mount, a connecting portion having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the proximal end includes a first coupling is provided. Said coupling is capable of making a connection to and disconnecting from the mobile mount, and said distal end capable of making a connection and disconnecting from the rotary cleaning head and adapted for use with the rotary cleaning head.

A cleaning assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt comprising: a base member adapted to be mounted relative to the conveyor belt; and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member, wherein the cleaning assembly is configured to maintain the scraper blade in abutment with the conveyor belt. A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus comprising: a plurality of cleaning assemblies, each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies comprising: a base member associated with the elongate support member, and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member; and an elongate support member, wherein each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies is adapted to maintain the respective scraper blades in abutment with a conveyor belt.

A cleaning assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt comprising: a base member adapted to be mounted relative to the conveyor belt; and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member, wherein the cleaning assembly is configured to maintain the scraper blade in abutment with the conveyor belt. A conveyor belt cleaning apparatus comprising: a plurality of cleaning assemblies, each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies comprising: a base member associated with the elongate support member, and a blade mounting assembly associated with the base member and adapted for mounting a scraper blade thereto, wherein the blade mounting assembly is configured for rotational movement relative to the base member; and an elongate support member, wherein each of the plurality of cleaning assemblies is adapted to maintain the respective scraper blades in abutment with a conveyor belt.

A conveyor belt cleaner system comprising a platen subassembly positioned transversely of the return path of the conveyor belt; a steam chamber disposed adjacent a first portion of the conveyor belt, the steam chamber including a steam header; a vacuum chamber adjacent the steam chamber and disposed adjacent a second portion of the conveyor belt, the vacuum chamber having an outlet connectable to a source of vacuum; a first belt wiper in wiping defining an entrance to the steam chamber; a second belt wiper having a discontinuous wiping surface defining a septum between the vacuum and steam chambers; a third belt wiper defining an exit from the vacuum chamber; and apparatus including a rotatable bolt cooperative with the steam header to vary the width of steam application from the steam header onto the conveyor belt in accordance with a width of conveyor belt presented to the conveyor belt cleaner system.

A conveyor belt cleaner system comprising a platen subassembly positioned transversely of the return path of the conveyor belt; a steam chamber disposed adjacent a first portion of the conveyor belt, the steam chamber including a steam header; a vacuum chamber adjacent the steam chamber and disposed adjacent a second portion of the conveyor belt, the vacuum chamber having an outlet connectable to a source of vacuum; a first belt wiper in wiping defining an entrance to the steam chamber; a second belt wiper having a discontinuous wiping surface defining a septum between the vacuum and steam chambers; a third belt wiper defining an exit from the vacuum chamber; and apparatus including a rotatable bolt cooperative with the steam header to vary the width of steam application from the steam header onto the conveyor belt in accordance with a width of conveyor belt presented to the conveyor belt cleaner system.
