Shipment receiving systems and methods including notification and reconciliation features

Shipment receiving systems and methods are disclosed. Invoice and store inventory management data is provided to an invoice processor for assigning expected destinations to lanes of a material transporter having and a plurality of outlet lanes that each have an indicator. A scanner determines a case identifier for each case which is routed accordingly. One or more notifications is provided to the indicator of one or more of the plurality of outlet lanes. Received shipment data enables reconciliation of upstream supply change management systems and downstream store inventory systems.

The invention relates to a follow-up inspection region of a security inspection system, comprising at least one follow-up inspection station accessible from two sides for the manual follow-up inspection of luggage objected to in a luggage inspection station, said manual follow-up inspection being conducted by an employee of the security inspection system in the presence of the person to whom the luggage belongs, wherein the follow-up inspection region comprises at least one removal station associated with the follow-up inspection station, for the emptying of the load carrier by the person to whom the luggage belongs, and wherein the follow-up inspection region comprises a transfer system for the automated transfer of the load carrier laden with luggage to the follow-up inspection station and from the follow-up inspection station to the associated removal station, the transfer system being designed to transfer a load carrier to the follow-up inspection station irrespective of whether the associated removal station is occupied by a load carrier.

HIGH-DENSITY DIRECT-TO-DESTINATION OUTPUT SYSTEM

A high-density output system includes a package chute having a selected slope, the package chute including a plurality of apertures and a bottom end, a frame configured to carry the package chute, the frame having an open area disposed below the package chute, and a plurality of flaps, each flap being associated with one of the plurality of apertures. A plurality of holders are substantially disposed in the open area below the package chute and a plurality of sensors are coupled to the package chute. Each holder is operably associated with at least one of the plurality of apertures or the bottom end of the package chute and each flap is configured to be opened at a selected time, such that a package is directed through the associated aperture and into the respective holder.

Systems and methods for providing detection processing with velocity matching

A dynamic movement analytics system is disclosed that includes a programmable motion device including an end-effector, and a perception transfer system for receiving an object from the end-effector and for moving the object toward a distribution conveyance system moving in a first direction at a first speed. The perception transfer system includes at least one perception system for providing perception data regarding any of weight, shape, pose authority, position authority or identity information regarding the object and for moving the object along the first direction at the first speed for transferring the object to the distribution conveyance system.

Systems and methods for providing detection via transfer of objects

A dynamic movement analytics system is disclosed that includes a programmable motion device including an end-effector, and a perception transfer system for receiving an object from the end-effector and for moving the object toward any of a plurality of destination containers. The perception transfer system includes at least one perception system for providing perception data regarding any of weight, shape, pose authority, position authority or identity information regarding the object as it is moved toward the any of the plurality of destination containers.
