MACHINE AND METHOD FOR ARRANGING OBJECTS IN AN ALTERNATE MANNER ALONG SINGLE FILE ROWS
20220135349 · 2022-05-05 ·

A machine and method for arranging objects comprising a first end with a protruding edge and a second end, on the opposite side of the protruding edge, in an alternate manner along single file rows. A guide guides objects in a single file row to a separator for receiving and separating the objects into a first and a second group and for alternately feeding the first and the second group to a collector and dropping device configured for rotating the objects of the first group and the second group according to a predetermined orientation and for stacking the objects one above the other in an alternate manner along single file rows.

UNIVERSAL PALLET STACKER
20190047800 · 2019-02-14 · ·

Disclosed universal pallet stackers may include a frame, a pallet transport assembly, a pallet delivery assembly, and at least one stop plate that extends above the transport assembly. The transport assembly may include moveable transport tracks that receive an assembled pallet and move it downstream until it contacts the upstream side of the stop plate. The pallet delivery assembly may include extendable arms that: lift the pallet above the stop plate, move the pallet downstream of the plate, bring the pallet into contact with the downstream side of the stop plate, and slide the pallet off of the arm assemblies to thereby stack the pallet in a stacking location. Associated methods of using universal pallet stackers are also disclosed.

Stacking systems for structural components

A stacking system including an inverting arm arranged above the stacking system for selectively overturning a first elongated metal member into a second elongated metal member or not overturning the first elongated metal member into the second elongated metal member.

Package pick-up device having pivoting retaining elements

A pick-up device for picking up packages that may include a frame to which a first and a second retaining element are mounted. Each retaining element may comprise a retaining side that is adapted to hold a package or a package section. The first and the second retaining elements may be adapted to be arranged in a starting position, such that the first and the second retaining sides are oriented one next to the other in an aligned manner. Both the first and the second retaining elements are pivotable about a common pivot axis, so that in at least one pivoted position, both the first and the second retaining elements are arranged pivoted by a first and a second angle respectively, wherein the retaining element are pivoted relative to the starting position. In one embodiment, both the first and the second angles are greater than zero.

Automated packaging line for C- and U-shaped profiles

An automated packaging line for C- or U-shaped profiles are related methods are disclosed. An example method includes transferring a first profile and a second profile to a first location, each of the first and second profiles having a u-shaped or c-shaped cross-section defining an external convex side and an internal concave side. The example method also includes rotating a first blade and a second blade about a horizontal central axis, where the first blade and the second blade are coupled to opposite ends of a pair of rotor arms including a first rotor arm and a second rotor arm. The first and second rotor arms rotate about axes that are parallel to and offset from each other. The example method also includes inserting the first profile into the first blade with the internal concave side of the first profile facing upwards as the first blade moves upward through its rotation. In addition, the example method includes rotating the second profile by engaging the first blade with the external convex side of the second profile to position the second profile with the internal concave side of the second profile facing downwards over of the internal concave side of the first profile to form a first duplex within the first blade.
