SINGLING UNIT FOR ARTICLES STACKED IN A NESTED CONFIGURATION
A singling unit for articles stacked in a nested configuration includes at least two stacks of articles stacked in a nested configuration, an extractor group to extract single articles from each stack, and a conveyor to receive the articles singled by the extractor group and to transport them along an advance direction arranged in at least one row substantially parallel to the advance direction. The extractor group is configured to deposit on the conveyor the articles extracted from the stacks in a number of rows smaller than the number of the stacks.
DESTACKER FOR TRAYS
A destacking device comprising at least two destacking screws for singulating and destacking trays from a tray stack. Each destacking screw comprises a helix that may be a helical recess in an outer surface of the screw. The two destacking screws may have an identical direction of rotation. In one embodiment, the helix of each of the at least two destacking screws may grip and guide a respective side of a tray flange of the tray at a first contact point at the outer edge of the helix's upper side, and a second contact point at the outer edge of the helix's lower side. The destacking device may include guiding devices positioned on opposing the non-gripped and/or the gripped sides of the tray to guide the path of the tray in a vertical direction.
Separation mechanism and feeding device for material tray
A separation mechanism includes a body frame, a clamping mechanism, a lifting assembly, and a material frame. The clamping mechanism includes a driving motor mounted on the body frame, two rotating shafts driven by the driving motor, and at least one clamping assembly. A separation area is formed between the two rotating shafts. The clamping assembly includes a main cam mounted on the respective rotating shaft and a main clamping block following the main cam. The main cams being configured that when the rotating shafts rotate to an initial station, the main cams drive the main clamping blocks to withdraw to release the material tray, and when the rotating shafts rotate to a clamping station, the main cams drive the main clamping blocks to stretch to clamp the material tray. A feeding device is also provided, which is simple in structure, small in size, and convenient to control.
System for conveying objects from a nested stack of objects to a printer for printing
A printer includes a conveyor that feeds objects from a stack of nested objects to the printer. The conveyor includes a member having protuberances that extend from the member to hold the lips of objects in the stack except for the object closest to the printheads in the printer. A spindle mounted to a member is moved to be within an orifice of the object closest to the printheads to engage that object and pull it from the stack. The spindle rotates to facilitate the printing of the object. After the object is printed, it is released from the spindle and gravity directs the printed object along a ramp to an opening in the printer for collection.
Denesting Machine
An apparatus for denesting or destacking products from a stack, such as slices of bread or other foodstuffs has an input conveyor that advances a stack of products in an axial direction to a destacking mechanism such that the end product of the stack is presented to the destacking mechanism. The destacking mechanism comprises a rotating engagement member for engaging the end product of the stack in a direction that is offset from the axial direction to cause separation of the end product from the stack. A movable carriage receives the separated product from the engagement member and carries the separated product to an output conveyor.
CONE DISPENSING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF
A cone dispensing apparatus a control system for monitoring and controlling the various components of the apparatus. The dispensing apparatus can include a first cam and a second cam, wherein the first cam and second cam are positioned parallel to each other in a housing. A first motor can be coupled to the first cam and a second motor can be coupled to the second cam, wherein the first and second motors are configured to rotate the cams around an axis. A first holdback plate and a second holdback plate can be coupled to a respective first linear motor and second linear motor. The hold back plates and cams can be synchronized to dispense a cone from the cone stack to the cams positioned below.
