Magazine
A magazine has a generally rectangular form of a frame. The frame has two spaced apart caps, at least one rail fixed to the caps so that the rail does not rotate, at least one tube rotatably connected between the caps and parallel to a rail, at least two finger assemblies upon a tube, a cutter that slides upon a rail, connectors and knobs upon each tube allowing it to rotate. The tube receiving a roll of wrapping paper upon its length and over the finger assemblies. The finger assemblies deflecting their fingers inside the roll. The connectors being of two severable components allowing detachment of a tube from a cap to receive a roll. The preferred embodiment has two rails and three tubes forming the frame.
Device and method for producing transformer cores
The invention relates to a device (11) and a method for producing transformer cores (12), the device comprising a retaining system (19) having a stacking table (18) for collecting sheets of metal (16) from which a transformer core (12) is constructed and having at least two positioning aids for the sheets, the stacking table forming a positioning surface (26) for the positioning aids and being equipped with the positioning aids, the stacking table and the positioning aids being realized such that a free positioning and a location-independent fastening of the positioning aids within the positioning surface is possible, the device having a positioning system (25) by means of which the positioning aids can be disposed on and/or be removed from the stacking table.
Magazine
A magazine has a generally rectangular, prismatic shaped body with a lid. The body has a front with an opening, an opposite back, a bin upon the back, a left side and an opposite right side spanning from the front to the back, a toothed rack on each side, a spindle assembly between the two racks, and a base beneath the front, the back, and the two sides. The lid rests upon the front, the back, the left side, and the right side in a spacing above the base. Each spindle of the assembly receives a roll of wrapping paper, oriented parallel to the front. Each spindle has an end cap and an opposite movable cap engaging a dock upon a cover. The spindles rotate upon gears with the spindle assembly upon the racks. Grips upon each spindle allow a user to unroll paper as desired.
Medium processing apparatus, loading apparatus and medium loading method
A medium processing apparatus includes a printer, a supporting member having a sheet-like shape and configured to support a discharged medium, and a winding unit configured to wind the supporting member and move with respect to the printer. The winding unit has a first case and a second case that rotatably support a winding shaft, and a placement portion placed at a flat surface. The first case and the second case in a state where axis lines of respective bearing portions that support the winding shaft are aligned with each other and in a state of being held so as to be mutually non-rotatable in a plane orthogonal to an axis line of the winding shaft, and when the winding unit is installed on a flat surface, the placement portion contacts the flat surface.
Arm for an unwinder and unwinder comprising said arm
An arm for an unwinder for unwinding rolls is disclosed. The arm includes an axial engaging member for engaging the rolls. The axial engaging member has a shaft supported by at least two support bearings mounted on the arm, so as to rotate around a rotation axis. A brake is also provided, adapted to act on the shaft. The brake is at least partially arranged between the two support bearings.
Web material dispenser and method
A web material dispenser includes a housing and a pivotable roll support assembly provided therein. A first mandrel is provided at a first attachment location of the roll support assembly to support a first roll of web material. A second mandrel is provided at a second location of the roll support assembly to support a second roll of web material. The web material dispenser permits one-handed operation to replace the rolls of web material and to change positions of the mandrels within the dispenser. The roll support assembly may have a linkage arm and/or a roll support arm. Positions of the first and second mandrels relative to the dispenser's opening can be switched by pivoting the linkage arm relative to the housing and by pivoting the roll support arm relative to the linkage arm. A method for switching positions of rolls in the web material dispenser is also provided.
PRINT DEVICE
There is provided a print device including: a casing having an inner space; a support which extends along a first direction and which is configured to rotatably support a roll body; a conveyer configured to convey a sheet pulled out of the roll body in a conveyance orientation along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; a print unit configured to perform a print by causing a print matter to adhere to the sheet conveyed in the conveyance orientation; and a cover. An opening is provided on the casing such that the inner space is exposed to an outside of the casing via the opening. The cover is configured to slide relative to the casing along the second direction between an open position in which the opening is uncovered and a close position in which the opening is covered by the cover.
Method and robot system for producing transformer core
The invention relates to a method and a robot system (23) for producing transformer cores (12), sheets of metal (16) from which a transformer core is constructed being received on at least two stacking tables (18) by means of a multiaxial robot (22) of the robot system, the sheets of metal being supplied to the robot and stacked adjacent to the robot in at least two storage positions (31) for different sheets of metal by means of a conveyor device (29), the robot and the conveyor device being controlled by a control device (17), sheets of metal being collected from the storage positions and being stacked on the stacking tables by means of the robot disposed between and above the stacking tables.
Bushing for a web material roll, web material roll retention assembly and method for installing the same
A bushing for a web material roll including a body sized to be fitted into the web material roll; the bushing further including a wall extending across the central cavity of the web material roll when the bushing is in the central cavity of the web material roll and defining an opening for receiving a roll support therethrough, the opening being bordered by a roll support contacting surface, the bushing having one or more bearing surfaces for contacting the roll support and supporting the web material roll, the one or more bearing surfaces including at least the roll support contacting surface bordering the opening. A web material roll, a web material roll retention assembly and a method for placing a web material roll in a web material roll dispenser are also provided.
