Indexing wrapping system and supporting systems
A wrapping mechanism is described that comprises at least two material support cylinders, a mechanism support cylinder, and a first and a second support plate, which are all rotatable about a support axis. The wrapping mechanism can comprise a pair of frame plates, a drive mechanism, a brake system, a lock mechanism, at least one feed roller and a feed plate. The wrapping mechanism can be integrated into an agricultural harvester such as a baler or combine.
FEEDING DEVICE FOR AN ELECTROSTATIC BAG
A feeding device for an electrostatic bag, adapted for supplying electrostatic bags to a package mechanism, includes two carrying mechanisms arranged up and down, which respectively support a tray with an electrostatic bag. The feeding position of the feeding device for an electrostatic bag is between the two carrying mechanisms and towards the package mechanism. The two carrying mechanisms are moved up and down to switch positions. The feeding device for an electrostatic bag can supply electrostatic bags to a package mechanism, reload the electrostatic bag without stopping the machine, and ensure the continuous operation of the package mechanism.
CARTRIDGE STABILIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present disclosure is directed to a cartridge stabilization system for printable media such as a roll containing a plurality of wristbands. The cartridge stabilization system includes a cartridge housing including a first extension member and a spool, a roll of material retained on the spool and configured to be dispensed from the cartridge housing via the first extension member, and a nipper positioned on the first extension member. The roll of material passes between the nipper and the first extension member as the roll of material is dispensed from the cartridge housing.
WINDER
A winder applied can include a turret part configured to hold a running film roll and a standby film roll, and a leading part including a head part configured to sense a finishing tape attached to an end side of a thin film wound on the standby film roll, grip the finishing tape, and remove the finishing tape from the standby film roll. The head part can include a head body part, a sensing unit disposed on the head body part, and a tape adsorption part disposed on the head body part. The tape adsorption part may be configured to move to a position of the finishing tape sensed by the sensing unit, temporarily couple to the finishing tape, and remove the finishing tape from the end side of the thin film wound on the standby film roll. The sensing unit may be configured to sense the finishing tape.
SHEET SUPPLYING APPARATUS AND SUPPLYING METHOD FOR SHEET THEREBY
Described herein is a sheet supply apparatus for continuously supplying sheets while splicing the leading edge of the sheet of a standby roll to the trailing end of a sheet being unwound from a working roll by using an auto splicer, the sheet supply apparatus including: a turret unwinder provided with fixation chucks that each fix both ends of a paper tube, and configured to switch the positions of the standby and working rolls; a detector configured to detect the position of one of both axial ends of the standby roll; a corrector configured to be connected to each of the fixation chucks and to correct the position of the standby roll; and a controller configured to align an end of the standby roll so that the end of the standby roll is aligned with the end of the working roll while correcting the position of the standby roll.
