The liquid container is configured to include at least one of tanks configured to hold liquid to be provided to the print head and a waste tank configured to pool liquid discharged from the print head.
SPOOL UNLOADING DEVICE
A spool unloading device comprising: a spindle; a first bulk spool of material is mounted on the spindle, wherein the spindle is rotatably controlled to dispense the material; a series of pulleys for receiving the unspooled material such that a variable length of the material is stored within the device before exiting the device to an upstream equipment; and a drive mechanism for indexing the unspooled material exiting the spool unloading machine at a controlled rate.
MACHINE FOR PRODUCING CARDBOARD
The present invention relates to a machine for producing multi-layer cardboard or paper, or a machine for either printing or converting, starting from a reel of paper, cardboard or other material. In general, the invention can be applied to machines wherein a reel of different materials is unwound and which requires a contrast system to regulate the tensioning of the ribbon. In particular, the invention relates to a system for braking said reel.
In particular, the invention relates to a braking system (2) for a support member (1) of a reel (B), for example, a reel of paper in a machine for producing cardboard or corrugated cardboard, wherein said braking system (2) comprises a motor-generator device (8) and a mechanical brake device (9) arranged coaxially.
Holding systems and methods
A holding system and methods, systems, and apparatuses for constructing, assembling, and using the holding system are disclosed. The holding system can include an arbor bushing. The arbor bushing can include a head portion. The holding system can also include a plate attached to the arbor bushing. A pad can be attached to the plate. The head portion of the arbor bushing extends outward beyond a surface of the pad.
Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus incorporating same
A sheet feeding device includes a support that detachably supports a roll, a rotation driver that rotates a spool, a guide including a facing portion and a guide portion, a support shaft that swingably supports the guide, a biasing member that presses the guide, a sensor that retractably projects from the facing portion and outputs a detection signal, a roller that contacts an outer circumferential surface of the roll, and circuitry that controls the rotation driver. The circuitry determines a passing time based on a first change rate and a second change rate, and causes the rotation driver to rotate the spool by a predetermined angle in a winding direction, from the passing time, to position a leading end of a continuous sheet at a feeding start position, and rotates the spool in the feeding direction to feed the continuous sheet from the feeding start position along the guide portion.
Manual or motorized strapping material dispenser with integrated cutter
A strapping material dispenser may include a housing having a hinged door. A roll of strapping material may be received within the housing and fed into contact with an advancing wheel. A portion of the advancing wheel may extend outside the housing to be contacted by a user. Rotation of the advancing wheel dispenses strapping material from the dispenser. A cutting mechanism may be arranged within the housing to cut the strapping material once the desired length has been dispensed from the dispenser. A motor and digital control circuit may be provided to electronically control the advancing wheel and therefore the dispensing of material from the dispenser.
Method for unwinding a sheet of homogenized tobacco material wound on a bobbin with specific force and angle ranges
The invention relates to a method to unwind a sheet of material wound in a bobbin, the method comprising: providing a bobbin of a coiled sheet, the bobbin defining an outer surface and comprising a free portion of the sheet unwound from the bobbin; arranging a compressing element on the outer surface of the bobbin, so as to define a contact line, the contact line being the line separating the free portion of the sheet from the rest of the bobbin; pressing by means of the compressing element the outer surface of the coiled sheet at the contact line with a force comprised between about (4) Newton and about (16) Newton; and unwinding the sheet from the bobbin pulling the sheet in the unwinding direction.
Method for unwinding a bobbin of a coiled sheet and kit to unwind a sheet of material wound in a bobbin
The present invention relates to a method for unwinding a bobbin (12) of a coiled sheet (13), the method comprising the steps of: providing a bobbin of a coiled sheet, the bobbin having a first rotation axis (17) and comprising a free portion (14) of the sheet unwound from the bobbin, the free portion (14) defining a contact line (16) as a line separating the free portion and the remaining of the coiled sheet (13); providing a roller (30) having a second rotation axis substantially parallel to the first rotation axis (17); putting the roller (30) in contact with the bobbin (12) at the contact line (16); unwinding the sheet from the bobbin (12) pulling the sheet in an unwinding direction such that an angle between the free portion of the sheet and a radius of the bobbin at the contact line is comprised between about 110 degrees and about 150 degrees or between about 200 degrees and about 300 degrees; and while unwinding the sheet from the bobbin keeping the roller in contact with the outer surface of the bobbin. The present invention also relates to a kit to unwind a sheet of material wound in a bobbin.
TAPE FEEDER HOLDING DEVICE
Tape feeder holding device includes slide section on which a tape feeder can be slid, the tape feeder supplying electronic components by feeding tape housing the electronic components in a tape feeding direction; and sliding device configured to slide the tape feeder held in the slide section in the tape feeding direction, the sliding device being capable of sliding the tape feeder to a supply position at which the electronic components can be supplied from the tape feeder. That is, with the tape feeder holding device, a tape feeder is automatically attached to the tape feeder holding device.
UNWINDING OR WINDING ROLLS OF PRINT SUBSTRATE
In one example, a device for unwinding or winding multiple rolls of print substrate includes multiple spindles each to hold a roll of print substrate and a differential operatively connected to one end of each spindle. The spindles are aligned with one another lengthwise along a spindle axis and the differential is to output torque along a differential axis offset from the spindle axis to turn the spindles on the first axis.
