The reeling member comprising a band locking mechanism (42, 48) arranged for locking of a band (110) which at operation of the tooling machine (100) is fed from this tooling machine. Thereby, when operating the tooling machine (110), the band (110) rolls up onto the reeling member so that the band does not end up on the floor next to the machine. Thereby, the inconvenience and even the danger of the operator being disturbed or falling over consumed bands is avoided.
