ROLL UNWINDER, WEB-FED PRINTING PRESS, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A ROLL UNWINDER
20230192431 · 2023-06-22 ·

In some examples, a roll unwinder for a flying roll change includes a roll station for receiving a first material roll to be unwound, and a roll station for receiving a second material roll to be unwound after a roll change has occurred. A cut-off tool can sever a first web unwound from the first material roll, and includes a pressing element, to press the web against the outer surface of the second material roll. A supporting device can be transferred from an idle state into a working state in which the supporting device supports the web to be unwound, at least at the time of the severing process. The supporting device supports the web in a web path upstream from the cut-off tool. A receiving unit at a frame that carries the cut-off tool is movably mounted in the stand of the roll unwinder.

Bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts

The present invention relates to the field of SMT splicing belt processing equipment, and more particularly to a bonding machine for new and old SMT splicing belts. The machine comprises a supporting plate for supporting the old and new splicing belts, conveying devices for conveying the old and new splicing belts toward one another, and a bonding mechanism for bonding the old and new splicing belts together, the conveying devices and the bonding mechanism both being connected to a controller.

Bonding machine capable of trimming new and old SMT splice tapes

A bonding machine capable of trimming new and old SMT splice tapes comprises a supporting plate (1). A new splice tape conveying device (3) and an old splice tape conveying deVice (4) are disposed upon the supporting plate (1) are disposed opposite each other. A lifting device (8) is disposed in the middle of the supporting plate (1), and a bonding mechanism (7) is disposed above the lifting device (8). A cutting device (6) is disposed above the old splice tape conveying device (4) and comprises a cutting seat (60), a cutting motor (61) disposed upon the cutting seat (60), and a cutting cam (62) connected to a cutter (64) which is disposed upon the cutting seat (60).

SHEET SUPPLY METHOD AND SHEET SUPPLY DEVICE
20210061606 · 2021-03-04 ·

A sheet supply method includes an unwinding step of supplying a sheet to a downstream location at a predetermined conveyance speed and a joining step of joining the sheet from a first roll to the sheet of a second roll and cutting the sheet from the first roll at an upstream position of a joining section. In the joining step, the running speed of the sheet run from the first roll is made lower than the predetermined conveyance speed in the unwinding step, and different from a supply speed of the sheet from a supply part in the joining step. An accumulating mechanism decelerates or accelerates the sheet running to counterbalance an excess or a deficiency of the sheet which is caused by a speed difference between the running speed and the supply speed.

AUTOMATIC ROLL-REPLACING APPARATUS

The present disclosure relates to an automatic roll-replacing apparatus, including: an unwinding device, a starting-end-handling device comprising a support mechanism and a pick-up mechanism, the support mechanism is located between the standby material roll and the working material roll; the pick-up mechanism is configured to pick up a material strip starting end of a standby material strip and pull the material strip starting end to reach a location between the support mechanism and the working material roll; and a strip-connecting device including two strip-connecting mechanisms that either carries a tape.

Adhesive tape and its use

Adhesive tape for flying splices of flat web materials, in particular flat web materials with nonpolar surfaces, said adhesive tape at least comprising an upper self-adhesive compound layer, an inner adhesive tape area adapted as a flat predetermined breaking point, and a lower self-adhesive compound on the underside of the inner adhesive tape area, wherein a natural rubber adhesive compound is used as the self-adhesive compound for at least the upper self-adhesive compound layer, as well as methods for flying splices of flat web material wound onto rolls, in particular with nonpolar surfaces, using a corresponding adhesive tape.

Preventing the fluttering of the tail in film printing

A method and device for carrying out a reel splice to avoid the fluttering of tails makes it possible to allow the tail to also adhere across its entire length, in particular on a web with high mechanical strength. When using a fluid-repelling substrate, an adhesive-free liquid is applied to a new roll and/or to at least a portion of the side of the tail facing the web. The method and device can be used in reel splicers which process fluid-repellent substrates, such as for example plastic films, metal films or laminated laminates, so that a sticking out or fluttering of the tail is avoided.

Disclosed is a bonding machine capable of trimming new and old SMT splice tapes. The bonding machine comprises a supporting plate (1). A new splice tape conveying device (3) and an old splice tape conveying device (4) are arranged facing each other on the supporting plate (1), and each of the conveying devices is provided on either side with a stop block (9) matching the splice tape. A lifting device (8) matching the splice tapes is arranged in the middle of the support plate (1), and a bonding mechanism (7) matching the splice tapes is arranged above the lifting device (8). A cutting device (6) is arranged above the old splice tape conveying device (4). The cutting device (6) comprises a cutting seat (60) arranged on the supporting plate (1), wherein a cutting motor (61) is arranged on the cutting seat (60), the cutting motor (61) is connected to a cutting cam (62), the cutting cam (62) is connected to a cutter (64) via a cutting connecting rod (63), and the cutter (64) cooperates with a cutting slide track (65) arranged on the cutting seat (60). The bonding machine can reuse old splice tapes, thereby reducing the splice cost to a certain extent.
