WINDING APPARATUS, SPINNING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF WINDING BELT-SHAPED STRUCTURE

According to an embodiment, a winding apparatus includes a winding core and an air flow controller. The winding core winds a belt-shaped structure comprising a substrate and an edge-coating part that covers an edge of a substrate in a width direction, the edge-coating part being coated with a material liquid on a surface of the substrate. The air flow controller has a nozzle that performs at least either ejection or suction of a gas, and adjusts an air flow in the vicinity of the edge-coating part of the film of the belt-shaped structure, which is wound by a winding core.

A manufacturing method for a glass film includes at least a cutting step of cutting a strip-shaped glass film while conveying the glass film in a predetermined direction by a conveying device. In the cutting step, the glass film is cut in predetermined cutting zones by irradiating the glass film with laser beams. A support conveyance surface of the conveying device for the glass film is separated at the cutting zones for the glass film. Further, a first surface plate capable of supporting the glass film in a contact manner is disposed at a position that is located in a width direction of the glass film with respect to the cutting zones and corresponds to a center of a glass film obtained by the cutting in the width direction.

Glass film manufacturing method

Provided is a glass film manufacturing method in which manufacture-related processing is performed on a glass film while the glass film (G) is conveyed, the glass film manufacturing method comprising the step of conveying the glass film (G) on a suction roller (46), wherein the suction roller (46a) is configured to suck only a center portion of the glass film in a width direction of the glass film (G).

Method for manufacturing belt-shaped glass and device for manufacturing belt-shaped glass

A manufacturing method for a band-shaped glass includes a forming step, which forms a band-shaped glass, an annealing step, which performs an annealing treatment on the band-shaped glass, a cooling step, which cools the annealed band-shaped glass, a direction-changing step, which changes a feeding direction of the cooled band-shaped glass from a longitudinal direction to a horizontal direction, and a horizontal conveying step, which conveys the band-shaped glass in the horizontal direction while supporting the band-shaped glass at a horizontal conveyance part. In the horizontal conveying step, the band-shaped glass is conveyed in the horizontal direction while a first propulsion for driving the conveyance in the horizontal direction is provided at both sides in the width direction of the band-shaped glass by the horizontal conveyance part, the first propulsion being larger than a second propulsion provided at a center in the width direction of the band-shaped glass.
