IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD FOR IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An image processing apparatus includes a selection unit, a determination unit, and a control unit to set candidates to be selected by the selection unit. If determination unit determines that there is not a set of a size and an orientation of a document of which the orientation cannot be correctly determined, the control unit sets, as selection unit selection candidates, candidates of sets of sizes and orientations of a plurality of documents. If the determination unit determines that there is a set of a size and an orientation of a document of which the orientation cannot be correctly determined, the control unit sets, as selection unit selection candidates, candidates obtained by excluding the set of the size and the orientation of the document of which the orientation cannot be correctly determined from the candidates of the sets of the sizes and the orientations of the plurality of documents.
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus, comprising: a housing having a sheet discharge tray, a first opening, and a second opening disposed on an upper side of the first opening; an image forming unit; a sheet discharge path communicating with the first opening; a re-conveying path communicating with the second opening; and a swinging member having a first surface facing the first opening and a second surface, wherein the swinging member has a first end area swingably supported by the housing, a second end area, and a rib; the swinging member is disposed to be movable between a first position and a second position at which the second end area gets higher; and the rib is formed on the second surface opposing the first surface facing the sheet discharge tray in a state where the swinging member is disposed at the second position.

Printing device with mixed sheet stacking control
A technique by which when printing is initiated, printed sheets remaining in a large-volume stacker and sheets printed in a subsequent job are not mixed in the large-volume stacker is provided. A printing system in which a printing apparatus and a post-processing apparatus for receiving a sheet printed by the printing apparatus and performing post-processing are connected, upon activation of the printing system, when detecting that a sheet is stacked in the post-processing apparatus, instructs the processing apparatus to discharge the remaining sheet.
SHEET CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a rotary drive member configured to rotate by receiving transmission of driving force from a driving source, a driven rotary member arranged with a predetermined distance in a sheet conveyance direction from the rotary drive member, an endless belt member supported on the rotary drive member and the driven rotary member, and configured to be rotated by a rotation of the rotary drive member, and a guide member configured to guide a sheet conveyed by the belt member. The guide member is mounted to a shaft configured to support the rotary drive member, and the rotary drive member is supported on the shaft in a rotatable manner with respect to the shaft.

STACKING APPARATUS
There is provided a stacking apparatus capable of stably conveying and stacking sheets without occurrence of damage or buckling of the sheets in the structure of discharging the curled sheets one by one. In regard to each of a plurality of clamp guides which project toward stacking trays from conveyance means to guide sheets S, the projecting position varies in accordance with a size and an amount of stacked sheets Sa on the stack trays. The stacking tray comprises an inclined surface and a curved surface. An upper guide is located to face the inclined surface by a predetermined interval, and the upper guide is located not to face the curved surface or is located to face it by an interval larger than a predetermined interval.
PRINT DEVICE, PRINT PREPARATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A print device includes a supply unit, a print unit, a conveyer, a tensioner, a drive unit, a processor, a medium detector, and a memory. The tensioner is configured to apply tension to the medium. The memory stores computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes including correction processing, which is repeated a plurality of times, of controlling the drive unit and applying the tension to the medium by the tensioner during a back-and-forth conveyance operation of conveying the medium in the return direction after conveying the medium in the conveyance direction, and detection processing of detecting attributes of the medium, based on the detection result output from the medium detector, during one of the back-and-forth conveyance operations, of the plurality of back-and-forth conveyance operations.
