The film transport apparatus includes: a film holding unit configured to hold a long-length film; and a film cutting unit configured to cut out the film, in which the film holding unit holds the plurality of films, and the film transport apparatus further includes: a temporary holding unit configured to include a plurality of temporary holding mechanisms that temporally hold the films between the film holding unit and the film cutting unit; and a first transport arm configured to select and pull out one film from the plurality of films which are held in the temporary holding unit.
APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING MOLDED BODY FOR FLATTENED TUBE FINS
A conveying apparatus can achieve high-speed conveyance of a molded body for flattened tube fins, prevent generation of noise during conveyance, and have a smaller size. A conveying apparatus conveys a molded body for flattened tube fins obtained by providing a metal thin plate with cutaway portions, before the metal thin plate is cut into a predetermined length. The conveying apparatus includes a rotary conveying body including a plurality of protrusions that are tapered and able to enter the cutaway portions, and including a rotation shaft in a direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of the molded body for flattened tube fins in a horizontal plane, and a rotary conveying body driving unit that rotates and drives the rotary conveying body. A side surface shape of each of the protrusions is formed to have a shape to enable the protrusion to enter the corresponding cutaway portion with a space maintained in synchronization with a rotation of the rotation shaft, and retract from the cutaway portion while the protrusion comes in contact with the cutaway portion and conveys the molded body for flattened tube fins.
Interfolding machine
An interfolding machine produces interfolded sheets according to an interfolding configuration and, starting from a web of paper provides a feeding section, which applies a tension on the web and moves the same along a feeding direction feeding the same to a cutting section, in which the web of paper is cut into a series of sheets at a cutting point between a cutting roller and a counter-cutting element. Downstream of the cutting section, a folding section includes a first and a second folding rollers counter-rotating with respect to each other. The first and second folding rollers rotate about respective rotation axes with a first peripheral velocity vP, and fold, at a folding zone, a plurality of sheets in a plurality of panels and form the stack of interfolded sheets. The cutting roller alternately distributes the aforementioned sheets between a transfer roller and the first folding roller.
Feeding unit for feeding a plastic film in packaging machines
A feeding unit for feeding a plastic film in packaging machines for wrapping paper rolls, including: a unit for unwinding the film from a reel; a cutting device adapted to cut the film transversely; a transfer device including, on the right and on the left side of the feeding unit, drive belts configured for engaging the upper and lower faces of the film; and a positioning device including, on the right and on the left side of the unit, a predetermined number of drive belts configured for engaging the upper and lower faces of the film. On each side of the feeding unit, the transfer device comprises two pairs of belts. On each side of the feeding unit, the positioning device comprises a third pair of belts. The three pairs of belts are actuated by independent actuators.
Device and method for producing fibre boards
A device for manufacturing fibrous board has a board carrier and a plurality of at least four cutting tools for separating a fibrous material, in particular strand-shaped or tape-shaped fibrous material into portions, and for depositing the portions. The board carrier is displaceable below the depositing cutting tools here through in at least one movement direction. The depositing cutting tools are substantially stationary and are disposed beside one another in such a manner that the portions of these depositing cutting tools may be simultaneously deposited beside one another on the board carrier.
FILM TRANSPORT APPARATUS, FILM TRANSPORT METHOD, AND FILM ATTACHMENT APPARATUS
Provided is a film attachment apparatus and a film transport method by which it is easy to switch a film each time, and a film attachment apparatus including the film transport apparatus.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus, including (1) a medium holding unit that holds a recording medium; (2) a guide member configured to be movable, that sets a medium path of the recording medium fed from the medium holding unit as a predetermined path by being locked in a predetermined position, and that is unlocked by a tension of the recording medium; (3) a first conveyance member that is arranged downstream of the medium path of the guide member, and conveys the recording medium; and (4) an image forming unit that forms an image to the recording medium conveyed by the first conveyance member.
Method of manufacturing a glass roll
A method of manufacturing a glass roll, includes: a forming step (S1) of forming, while conveying a glass film, the glass film by a downdraw method; a temporary rolling step (S3) of rolling the glass film while superposing a protective film on the glass film at a downstream end of a path of the conveying in the forming step (S1), to thereby manufacture a source glass roll; and a main rolling step (S4) of unrolling, while conveying the glass film to a downstream side, the glass film from the source glass roll, and then rerolling the glass film while superposing a protective film on the glass film at a downstream end of a path of the conveying, to thereby manufacture a glass roll. Higher tension in a rolling direction is applied to the glass film in the main rolling step (S4) than in the temporary rolling step (S3).
Conveyor having opposed upper and lower decks
A conveyor includes a first conveyor deck having a first plurality of contact elements, each having a contact surface movable around a closed path from a contact region to a non-contact region, the first contact regions lying in a plane or being bounded by the plane and a second conveyor deck having a second plurality of contact elements, each having a contact surface movable around a closed path from a contact region to a non-contact region, these contact regions lying in a second plane or being bounded by the second plane. The transport path of the conveyor is defined by the contact surfaces of the first and second contact elements in the contact regions, and the first plurality of contact elements are belts and the second plurality of contact elements are wheels.
