Machine and process for the production of logs of paper material
Rewinding machine for the production of logs of paper material, including a winding station in which is fed a paper web and, in sequence, more tubular cores, and in which station winding are arranged a first, a second and a third winding roller cooperating with each other to wind a predetermined amount of said paper web onto each core. The machine includes a fourth winding roller which is connected to respective moving elements adapted to arrange it in a first inoperative position until the diameter of a log in the winding station is lower than a first predetermined value and a second operating winding position when the diameter of the log being formed is equal to said first predetermined value, the moving elements being controlled to maintain the fourth roller in the second operating winding position until the diameter of the log reaches a second final value higher of the first predetermined value.
MACHINE AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LOGS OF PAPER MATERIAL
Rewinding machine for the production of logs of paper material, including a winding station in which is fed a paper web and, in sequence, more tubular cores, and in which station winding are arranged a first, a second and a third winding roller cooperating with each other to wind a predetermined amount of said paper web onto each core. UNWINDER AND OPERATING METHOD FOR UNWINDING WEB MATERIALS FROM PARENT REELS
Method for unwinding web materials from two parent reels (1, 2), wherein a first parent reel (1) in a depletion phase is replaced by a second parent reel (2), wherein during said replacement a first and a second web material (N1, N2) are unwound from both parent reels, wherein before the completion of said replacement the first web material (N1) is joined to the second web material (N2) and then it is cut, wherein the joining of said web materials (N1, N2) is preceded by the insertion of the second web material in an area where the two web materials are joined, and during the step of inserting the second web material in said joining area the second web material is guided on a guide surface (41, 44) which guides it towards the joining area. In said insertion step, the second web material adheres pneumatically to guide surface.
Unwinder of reels of web material
An unwinder of reels of web material wound around winding spindles (A), includes a unwinding station (13) with at least one unwinding member (23) to rotate a reel (B) that is located in the unwinding station and feed the web material toward a delivery path (E). Lifting members (51, 53) are provided to lift a spindle of a first exhausted reel from the unwinding station (13), in a removal position (PR). An insertion member (7; 33) is further provided to insert a second reel into the unwinding station (13). A pressing member (61) is arranged to press the web material coming from the first reel in removal position (PR) against the second reel in the unwinding station (13).
Reel-up for reeling of a fiber web
A reel-up for reeling of a fiber web (W) around a reel spool (15B) to form a parent roll (20B; 20A) by use of a reeling nip (N) between a reeling cylinder (10) of the reel-up and the parent roll (20B) under reeling, has a primary reeling position and a secondary reeling position. The reel-up (10) has the reeling cylinder (10), substantially horizontal guides (14) and for each end of the reel spool (15A; 15B), loading arms (12,13; 16,17) and carriages (18) and the primary reeling position is fixed.
Rewinding machine and method for the production of rolls of web material
A rewinding machine is described with a winding cradle defined by three rollers and including a fourth winding roller defining with the first winding roller a cradle in which the web material is pushed by a winding core to the beginning of each winding cycle, to cause severing of the web material without the need for controlled mechanical parts.
Reel unwinder and unwinding method
A reel unwinder including a first unwinding position, in which a first reel is positioned; a second unwinding position, to which the first reel is transferred when it is replaced with a second reel; a stand-by position, in which the second reel is kept in stand-by; a first unwinding member adapted to start rotation of the second reel when the first reel is replaced with the second reel. Moreover, the unwinder includes a second unwinding member, with at least one endless flexible element. The endless flexible element extends from the first unwinding position to the second unwinding position, and is adapted to maintain the first reel in contact with the second unwinding member and in rotation by the second unwinding member in the first unwinding position, in the second unwinding position and while it is being transferred from the first unwinding position to the second unwinding position.
