REEL SUPPORT DEVICE
A reel assembly includes a plurality of reels coupled to a reel support device. The reels are configured to rotate relative to the reel support device to dispense materials. The reel support device includes a first plate coupled to a second plate with fasteners that are coupled to first holes in the first plate and include a fastening portion received in second holes in the second plate. The fasteners are removably coupled to the second holes, such that an operator can rotate the first plate relative to the second plate by applying a lateral force to the first plate to remove the fastening portion from the second holes. The first plate rotates until the fastening portion is secured in a successive one of the second holes. During normal operation, an elastic element in the fasteners holds the first plate in position until the force is provided by the operator.
Stand for self contained cartridge and method for manually dispensing an expandable cushioning wrap
An unpowered, manually operable apparatus for dispensing cushioning wrap material drawn concurrently from a roll of separator material and a self-contained cartridge that includes a roll of expandable sheet material. The rolls are supported on a stand for rotation about respective parallel, spaced-apart axes. In addition to the roll, the cartridge includes a tensioning assembly and support panels that abut respective ends of the roll. The tensioning assembly and the support panels cooperate with the stand to control rotational resistance of the roll. The rotational resistance causes the expandable sheet material to expand in length and thickness as it is manually pulled from the stand with the separator material, and support surfaces on the stand hold the cartridge and the separator roll in position. When the cartridge containing the expandable sheet material is depleted, the cartridge is readily removed and replaced.
When the cartridge containing the expandable sheet material is depleted, the cartridge is readily removed and replaced.
Film wrapping apparatus
A film wrapping apparatus includes a shaft member having two holding portions coaxially aligned with each other, a roll locker for releasably locking two film rolls at the holding portions respectively in a free-rotating manner, and a dispensing handle transversely extended from the shaft member at a position between the holding portions thereof, wherein the dispensing handle provides a holding point for being held by an operator to unroll the film rolls in a concurrent and controllable manner so as to wrap stretch films of the film rolls around the load.

Packaging apparatus
A packaging apparatus includes a controller configured to control operation of a first conveyance unit, a second conveyance unit, a first moving unit, a second moving unit, and a cutting unit. The controller, after causing the cutting unit to cut a film, causes at least either one of a first clamp unit and a second clamp unit to clamp the cut film and controls operation of at least either one of the first moving unit and the second moving unit so that the distance between the first conveyance unit and the second conveyance unit in a second direction changes.
Display device
A display device includes a first substrate; a plurality of gate lines arranged in a row direction on the first substrate; a plurality of data lines arranged in a column direction intersecting the row direction; and a plurality of pixels formed in a plurality of pixel areas defined by the gate and data lines, the plurality of pixels comprising at least a first pixel and a second pixel respectively disposed in a first pixel area and a second pixel area that are immediately adjacent to each other. Each of the first and second pixels comprises a thin film transistor electrically connected to the gate and data lines, and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The data lines are disposed-apart by different distances from each other in the column direction. Each of the first and second pixel areas comprises a first edge portion adjacent to one of the gate lines and a second edge portion adjacent to another of the gate lines, a length of the first edge portion being greater than a length of the second edge portion. The thin film transistor is disposed at the first edge portion of the first and second pixel areas.
Wind-up apparatus for a web material
The invention relates to a roll making apparatus comprising spindles optionally having apertures for pressurized air and/or for applying a vacuum, the spindles being movable between a retracted position and an extended position, a roll engaging face configured to engage a roll carried by a spindle, upon the spindle carrying said roll moving to said retracted position, to move the roll relative to the spindle.

Splicing device
The invention concerns a splicing facility for splicing material webs. The splicing facility comprises a first dispensing device for dispensing a finite first material web from a first material web roll, a second dispensing device for dispensing a finite second material web from a second material web roll, a third dispensing device for dispensing a third material web, a first splicing device for splicing together the finite first material web and the finite second material web to an endless material web and a second splicing device for splicing together the third material web and the finite first material web or the finite second material web to the endless material web. The first splicing device and the second splicing device are arranged at different heights.
